Rick Wakeman is like the entire Spinal Tap movie compressed into one man.

Awww. Once upon a time, I got a hold of Rick Wakeman's "Wives" album. Brought it into school and played it in music class. I called it modern-day classical music. I'm happy to see my idol these many years later. As a raconteur and still an awesome writer and player. Thanks so much, Rick.

Saw Rick tell this story years ago even he toured his one man show in the UK. Slightly different, he said he was offered the choice of a session fee or royalties. As he was short of money he opted for the session fee and has regretted it ever since! It was a great show, he really is a fine musician.

I think Rick may be pregnant 😂 Absolutely the best keyboard player in this time hands down. Even Jordan Rudis from dream theater has to admire his accomplishments
