And this man is not a top 75 player in the history. Crazy. Prime Dwight was a joy to watch and a menace on the court. P.S. Shaq is a baby

I think rule changes played a part in Dwight’s slight downfall as well as the injuries. I say this about Blake Griffin too. Those two guys were seen as absolute studs after a few years in the league. A lot of people would have had those two as the guys to take over the league one day. Then the rule changes came in and they had to step aside for guys like Steph and Harden to dominate the league.

Its crazy how AD was considered over D12 for the top 75 list. AD is talented, thats for sure. But I will consider prime D12 over prime? (idk if he hit his prime) AD any day

Shaq talking about "sensitive big guys" is hilarious. As if he ain't the softest, the most fragile ego-ed big guy the world has ever seen. With his "I'm the only Superman" crying ass. What is he, a 4 year old? looooool

@@matthewschelle1829 I would take off Lillard as well because Howard has more accolades and success. By the way, that is a good question to ask whenever someome says that a player is snubbed because too many times someome would say that Player A was snubbed but can't name whom Player A should replace.

The only guy to play his way OFF of the 75 list..... How thats possible is beyond me. No he wasnt Kareem, O'neal, or Duncan.....He was Dwight Howard. Deserves a lot more respect in basketball terms than he gets imo.

Dwight was just pure power. Them first 4-5 years the guy was a special kinda domination. Skill was there too not just throwing weight around. Could jump out the gym easy. If he had 2-3 more years like that he'd b more respected, but that shit was rare he was doing..

Apon some thought Dwight Howard's career mirrors Bob McAdoo's. Except that McAdoo was one of the greatest outside shooters ever. Whereas Howard was an inside shooter. They were both about 6'9 and lead the league in statistics. After being blamed for not being A1 talents, both won the NBA title with the Lakers. In key backup roles.

He’d probably get a lot more respect if he’d even shot just 65% from the line. Regardless, his impact on the defensive end should garner more admiration. A post move and a few extra free throws would’ve changed his career. Glad he got a chip though.

The truth behind Dwight Howard that nobody talks about. His favourite player growing up was Wilt Chamberlain and he grew up wanting to be like him so now I know why he struggles to shoot free throws and why he became one of the Greatest Defenders of All Time and accomplished what he accomplished in the NBA. Wilt is the one who made him who he was 💯

Lakers realistically should've kept Dwight Howard and alot of the other guys (Alex Caruso, Rajon Rondo and Kyle Kuzma especially) from the 2020 Bubble Championship team instead of relying on an injury prone AD and an aging LeBron. You need more pieces and Russell Westbrook is just getting in the rhythm for the Lakers but he's a bench player now but Lakers suck and will be super lucky if they make the play in tournament...
