Thank you so much!
Hammering dent into your guitar must have been very liberating
I really enjoy watching your videos. It's super satisfying and I can't wait for the next episode. Keep it up🤘🏻
Coming along very nicely !!! Can't wait for the next video !!
This build is getting cooler and cooler by the episode. I can't wait to see the finished guitar.
This is gonna be really cool. I like your style Chris!
I just wanted to say is coming out amazing.
Can't wait to see it once you start putting color on it!

@@HighlineGuitars Looking forward to it! Oh, to follow up on a prior comment/question I posed, I decided to hold off on the CNC. The bob's one that you gave me some input on definitely seemed underpowered, and since I'm just starting out, I have minimal tools, so I picked up a planer, a jointer, a drill press, and a better 14" Jet bandsaw. Once I get the shop all set up, I'll be going back through your videos with a fine-tooth comb, as I start my first from-scratch build. Here's the link to my channel, if you want to check it out sometime! I'd welcome feedback! kzread.info/dron/ym_jDuyW7vtaLUtyrTqE4g.html Thanks, as always Chris, your videos have helped me to "get the bug" and start building! :)
Can't wait to see this baby finished. I think it will be amazing!

I hope so!
If you decide to make more of these, perhaps you can code the section lines into the CNC work, especially those around the belly cut and neck heel relief

Good idea!
That hammered effect is righteous. Could also use this technique to make a guitar that imitates the surface of the moon. Great concept. Thank you as always for the info.

Cool idea!
Love her! Thanks
Love the ball peen effect!
With those rock steady hands you are also a surgeon right? :) I like the way the knobs and pots form the gear shafts - really neat.
The hammered part might look good with copper leaf. Loving your work so far!

Episode 9 will blow your mind!
Instead of a copper control cavity you could turn the cavity itself into a feature. Clear perspex cover with a copper shielded cavity and some nice attention to detail to the wiring will add to the steampunk vibe!
Check out the Cyberpunk build at Crimson Guitars...

I am aware of that build, but I haven't had a chance to watch it. Looks pretty cool.
The Golden Ratio could have been a nice touch, too!

I have always thought of the golden ratio as the designer's version of a fortune teller.

@@HighlineGuitars Yes the Tarot, where the universe has a secret mechanical design revealed by a savant. That all just seems to have the steampunk vibe to me. Love the guitar project, btw.
How does it feel to reputitiously beat a guitar not made in China with a hammer?
