Hello, thanks for your questions. The Standard is more of a natural island, and Iru Veli is more of a sandbank to which they have added vegetation. I think the reef is better at The Standard probably, but I didn't do loads of snorkelling at Iru Veli to be fair. The Standard is in the RAA atoll which is known for good marine life. Also it's next to the Baa Atoll which is. UNESCO Biosphere reserve! www.unesco.org/en/mab/baa-atoll?hub=66369 It may depend on price also. Have you had quotes or got prices? Hi Ben, thanks for the great content. I’ve given “The Standard” in Maldives much research and it’s they go out of there way to be vague about what drinks are included on the all inclusive package. In particular I’m unable to verify if drinks at the bar (nightclub) are included in the all inclusive package and if it extends to cocktails? I have emailed them but no reply. Just want to verify as that’s the point of all inclusive otherwise I’ll either stay somewhere else or go half board. Your input would be greatly appreciated. Regards Mark

Hello, they look out to different views, the lagoon looks into the lagoon where the boats and planes arrive, where the water is shallow and turquoise. The Ocean looks out to the coral reef and the open ocean beyond, it's better for snorkelling access. DOes that help? Are you looking to book the resort?

How many water bottles should we get per day in full board package

Hi, I have never found that I am limited on still drinking water bottles on the full board. I think they supply 2x large and 2x small per day, but your room cleaner will keep a track of how many you use and can supply more. Also, you can call the reception and ask them to send more. Still water is a vital liquid to drink in hot climates, so I believe they can't limit you. Does this help?

Yes I am sure they do have lots of vegetarian options. The main restaurant is very large and well stocked with food. Are you planning to book a stay here? If so, I work with an agent who might be able to get you the best price on rooms.

@@BenjaminBryant It's best to stay in the room that you're touring. There's a part where you are talking about "here's a TV and ..." then we go to a drone shot while you are talking about that. I was like well I guess we will fly around lol. When I'm watching a room tour, I want to see all footage from the room. But good video otherwise Benjamin.
