Curious, when you are going to do a cover on Red Sun, are you going to use the original/beta version as reference for the guitar?

Red Sun is the next one, cause it's the most requested. Whenever I do a revegeance song, I always check out the original, and arrange my own version based on both. It's crazy how the game suddenly grew in popularity recently. Makes me wonder if it was free on steam or something

I was working on both simultaneously 😅 I only didn't want to do this one at first because of it's difficulty on the guitar and drums, but I'm glad that I did do it, cause it forced me to learn something new and challenging, and I am better now as a result! 🤙🤙

It's a bending trick! I play the note with one finger on one string, then bend into the same note on the string next to with my other fingers. It creates that gritty sound when playing with distortion.

I love how this cover seems to reflect Monsoon's character just as well as MGRR's original piece, but does it so differently, the voicework perfectly capture's the rain's desperation to wash away Monsoon's pain, and has tonnes of emotion put into it, even if these are not things intended by the artist, I think this piece is just as good as the original, which is high praise. Only thing that upsets me is that I won't be able to hear this rendition of the song for the first time again.
