This stadium, the Olympiastadion Berlin, is probably the grandest and most historic stadium of any team that plays in its country's second tier. Hertha Berlin played the most recent season in the German second tier following its relegation from the Bundesliga at the end of the previous season, and it hasn't shown any signs of bouncing back any time soon.

It's not an ideal football stadium because there's the blue track for athletics. But I think it's one of the nicest in the world. The blue track are the colour from Hertha Berlin.

Hertha Berlin in the 2nd Bundesliga is playing there with round about 50.000 spectators. Some games are sold out.

@@JimmyBurnsYT Football in Berlin is a special Story. Hertha is the club from the old west part of Berlin, Union Berlin in the first league is from the old east. Hertha had always played in the leaguesystem of the Federal Republic and it was always difficult for the club to get big success if you coming from the island Westberlin in the middle of the GDR. That could be the reason for the development of the club and also that Germany having the baddest capitol clubs of europe.
