Going through these teachings again as Apostle advised us to. I'm astonished to realized that though am a believer going to church for this length of period I'm only but a carnal man. I lost my wife to cancer after 22 years of marriage. She was the closest thing to perfect. She was my best friend, confidant and the only person I could've counted to have my back no matter what. This song really brings tears to my eyes and made me ask the same question" What is love, if it's not guaranteed? What is love if she's not here with me?' Now I realize that love and life are just beautiful vacations that need to be enjoyed as they're never guaranteed to last forever. I won't forget the last thing she said to me before losing consciousness " Don't allow yourself to be distracted from living your life. The only things you're guaranteed to take away from this life are your last meal and the memories.

I haven't completely healed from my pain and hurt but I found comfort knowing that I am not alone that God is with me,He is for me. I found strength in His word,I live by Isaiah 41:10 . I confess it when pain tries to say "hello". So also find a scripture that speaks to your situation, meditate on it. Pain is hard and we want things to be better to change ,but if you have tried all,done all by yourself maybe it's time you move to the side and let His will lead. It will be hard to let go of your will for His cause you think you know better but He knew you when you were formed,He called you by name. So let Him take over,it maybe years but all things work together for good to them that loves the Lord. Have strength in Him,don't compromise and don't run away from God. He is always with you ❤️ ♥️ 💓
