I am a 50 year old guy. This I can tell you as God as my witness. I can't imagine life without a cat. Every cat I ever lived with was a stray from outside. Makes me believe that saying that you don't find a cat, a cat finds you. No bad juujuu to dog owners of course. You see, many many cats love their dog partners. What a Blessing it is to have a cat in your life.

A little cat came to our house on Christmas. I took her in and completely fell in love with her beauty. So many blessings and joy she brought.

Cats are a great comfort to me. I’m never lonely when I have cats in my path. They really appreciate that I care and treat them like my own children. It’s unconditional love I get from having cats as pets. They help me be comfortable when I’m alone at my house. It’s a blessing to have a cat in your life journey. I’m very privileged to have cats.

My cat died months ago. The pain is infinite. I only think in being with him again when I died. I had two cats. They were the Best teachers in my life. They gave me pure and incondicional Love. No human can give this.

I can %100 relate. No for a fact that I wouldn’t be here. 2 feral kittens, mother killed by predator, they seem to instinctively know when I need help.

My cat was sent to me for the following: To teach me boundaries, that my emotions are ok and to own them, that rest is important, that moving slow is good, doing exactly what u want how u want is critical to peace and happiness, you deserve extra love when ur sick or sad. That’s what my cat has taught me.

I recently had a verry sick feral siamese kitty pass away...i blessed with a sweet mama feral kitty who after a week or so moved her babies by the back door.... so naturally i had to take them all in. 😊

Cats are gods angels. How are they homeless fending for them is ungodly. I care for many, my life is blessed. ❤ Lets open our hearts and homes to these special creatures.

When I pray to God and softly ask my cat if she is my guardian angel we always are having a moment that we both enjoy. I see her as a gift from God to me, my companion, guardian angel watching over me. I don't share this with anyone, it's just a comfort when I want to feel that spiritual connection. I feel she feels it too, like she's a conduit much like an angel. She knows more of the unseen world than I do.

When I was a little girl, my cats were like my stuffed animals that came to life. I’ve always had cats around in my home. My home is not a home without a cat or two. I usually like to adopt two from the same litter simultaneously so they can keep each other company.

I was friends with a one-eyed cat. He would visit me most nights when I was cooking dinner. I shared my dinner with him and he'd hang out for an hour.

If having cats makes you live longer I’m immortal we rescued 30! At first I was pissed my wife kept taking them in, but now I can’t imagine not having them. I love all of them.

I have two kittens at home. Both are too good and I feel tremendously happy and relaxed with them around. They are more precious to me than my own life

When I was a year and a half old, a stray cat decided it loved me. We were best friends. Mom says it wouldn't let anyone else near it. It was my first friend. I still attract stray cats. I love them, and have 4 right now.

I m sure my cat who passed away 8 months ago still wanders around home. Such a strong feeling of her prescence and seeing movement to make me say her name! Very grateful for it and not in the slightest frightening.we now have a rescue so our lives are still complete

I was never a cat person. But this new place I moved in to two cat came and my kids started feeding them with my tuna so I started buying food for them they never leave one passaway 😢 with cancer. But the other one is still with us 😊

They watch over us and protect us from things that we cannot see , and will never know .

I’m not a cat person… I grew up with dogs. But as of the last two years, I fell in love with cats. They are amazing creatures and are loving animals. My roommate and I raise them like they are kids. My mom calls them her grandkids. They are fantastic animals.

I had my fur baby for 19 years before she passed. More than half my life. When I tell you , before I let anyone In my house they had to get past her first! She told me every negative spirit that was around and I refused to engage with those people.

The Persian cat in the beginning is gorgeous. I now have a red and white with copper eyes . I had a Himilayan but he died and was only 4. He would be really old right now around 11 but anyways, My first cat has always protected me against people who didn't like me. I could sense who didn't like me because my cat let me know. I wish God wouldn't us choose to have our cats until we pass on because they are so protective.

20 years ago I went to the pound looking to adopt a cat because a stray wandered onto my patio the night before. I said if it was there in the morning, we'd adopt him - but he was gone. So we went to look at the cats in the pound. One of the cats was hiding in the back of her cage, but when we went by, she reached her paw out and said come back. We adopted her immediately, she was our baby and mama for 18 years. Last year, we went to look at a cat we saw online - turned out she was only available as a paired kitty with her sister. When I asked her "Do you know Heid?" (The 18 year old we had), she reached her paw out in response. Either she is Heidi reincarnated, or she was sent by Heidi. I truly believe this. The day we brought our new sister kitties home, they were AT HOME IMMEDIATELY! They literally just fit in right away, slept in the bed with us that night. Our girl(s) are back.

At 2:40 - What a beautiful and truly MAJESTIC marmalade (maybe Maine Coon?) friend! For the record, I like both cats and dogs. There's a black-and-white friend who's got to know me on my walk to work, although I've hung back from picking her up as I don't want people thinking I'm a 'cat-napper'! I'm sure she's much loved and treasured by her human companions. And another, this time multi-coloured, acquaintance (tabby+ginger+bit of black, very unusual) on the way to the bus-stop for Bristol whom I rarely see but when I do is very friendly and affectionate indeed, rubbing against my legs with a beautiful, loud purr! Cats are certainly both beautiful and mysterious although I'm not sure about anything supernatural. But I think we stressed-out humans have something to learn from the totally calm, relaxed but alert watchfulness evident in cats, whether sitting like statues of Bastet, or being loaf-cats on garden walls or gateposts, keeping an eye on the road. And I once saw two large black and white specimens outside the front of their humans' residence sat there as if they owned the place. 'Lords of the Manor' as a friend of mine said when I showed her a photo!
