As an Ethiopian no they are not. DNA already proved it. Not that many jews migrated to Ethiopia and the ones that did were forced into christianity long ago. Most of the Ethiopian jews now are mostly converts from non semetic tribe in Ethiopia and DNA shows that. Only about 27 percent show a eurasian ancestry.
