The time has come to revisit one of the darker periods of my time as an action figure collector, the time when Toybiz was no longer making more movie figures for the Tobey Maguire/Sam Raimi Spider-Man movies, and were taken over by Hasbro, who had different plans in store. These were the three I picked up back in 2007, and over a decade later, some things have stayed the same, while new perspectives have also been reached.

I collected figures for Spider-Man 3 and Fantastic Four 2 like they were pokemon cards. good times.
I remember your original videos on these from back in the day! Dancing with myself intro and the long hair black spider David was in full effect! Such nostalgia

Hey, at that time I was defending Spider-Man 3 and I was 16.
20:30 venoms purple In ultimate by the way there’s a venom figure just like this but black in the limited edition version
this venom still a good figure. after watching your review i think i gonna bring mine to a movie creatures action figure collection :D

Ok yeah hasbro screwed up the line and the scale but these are toys with more articulation and detail then any modern marvel hasbro toy (not the marvel legends like the actual toys for kids)
Damn! I remember having these exact same figurines as a kid These looked so goofy now that I’m an adult.

How do they stand next to MU 3.75 inch figures?

I personally don't own any of the 3.75 ones but from what I've seen of them recently at Target, they're at least taller than those. Detail and quality, on the other hand is on par shockingly.
What about like the limited edition figures

Don't have them. Plus, they were practically the same size and bearing the similar issues.

I'm close to complete my spiderman 3 I have new goblin sandman spiderman black suit the missing is venom and battle raveged spiderman which I'm gonna buy I saw venom and spider for good price
