To the actors and actresses who passed away my thoughts are with your family you may be gone but not forgotten one of the best and favorite movies ever after all these years later appreciate you guys thanks job well done you should be amazed and proud way to go ! Joe
Sound Of Music is one of my favourite movies of all time. Normally I don’t listen to English songs mainly due to lack of clarity and loud music. In this case each and every word is crystal clear and the music is also wonderful apart from singers’ voice quality.
I have always love the Sound of Music I even introduce to my grandkids and they loved it too even watched several times and learned the songs ❤❤❤💓💓
R.I.P. for those who died. Can't hold back my tears.
Always love this film till now. I first saw it when I was 20 (1981). Too late though. ❤
I was 15 years old when I saw this movie. I could sing every song in that movie. Too beautiful.

You are aged before you know it.
Thank you for your sharing of these photos, time really fly and I love all these artists and I enjoy the movie very much.
I was little in 1967 when I saw this film Sound of music in our local Garamut Theatre in Wewak PNG. I like this film and admired the best performing cast in this academy winning film of that time.
I was 14 in Grade 8 time flies I really loved the film but sad to hear they are gone may their souls rest in peace
The Sound Of Music most beautiful interesting evergreen musical film.
A quick little story, I was invited to go with a friend of mine and his fiancée and her sister to make up a foursome and go to see this movie, this was in 1965, On the way I started to have second thought about this movie, thinking this is not my style, what the hell have I let myself in for!!! The Sound of Music, this is going to be a long evening!!! When Julie Andrews burst into song on that Austrian mountain I was totally mesmerized from that moment until the end of the movie!!! And I still watch that movie on KZread with the same enjoyment after all those years that have passed since 1965.
Блестящий фильм,где всё выполнено на самом высочайшем уровне!!! Могу смотреть его бесконечно!!!

Beautiful people.. we will always remember you.💚💙💜💛🧡❤
7:36 That is one of the best 65y olds I have ever seen.
I so much crushed to you Charmian Carr, I regret that you passed away!!!
My favourite all time move. I think Nick Hammond lives here in Australia. It would be good to see the actor who played Rolf the delivery man. I think the credits said that Charmian Carr was 23 in 1975, I think they mean 1965. Sadly she died from a dementia related illness, Heather Menzies (Louisa) died from cancer at 68 and Christopher Plummer died after a fall at 91. Condolences to their families and the alumni cast.
You need to check their ages Julie Andrews was 29 and Christopher Plummer was 35 get your facts right

Indeed several mistakes. One of them: Charmian Carrs' age in 1975? The rest in 1965, their age at the time of the movie. But as I read here, they aren't right either. Not a correct video then to go on ...
This movie was made more than a decade before I was born. Crazy
這是電影史上最不朽的電影,前無古人 後無來者,電影中演員亦隨著歲月一一離世,令人感到無奈及悲傷!
My favorite movie to watch. I loved since I was a youngster age 10 and now I am 75 and still watches the show 😊💕
I love the sound of music it is my favorite movie my favorite song is my favorite things
I just thought, this movie mesmerising the whole world. I am sure every country must have done their adapted version of this story, music and the movie👌🏽❤️
Excellent document, un grand merci !
Enjoyed watching.
A great movie.
Thank to all the cast of that beautiful movie and until nou i had mi veiw tape keeping it as souvenir
Thanks so much!
My Best regards for the description, excellent.
我16歲看這套電影二次 上繼看過多次,好喜歡 音樂❤🎉
In 1965 I was 27 years old. Thanks for sharing this! I had to go look in the mirror...grin.
Thanks so much
Love this movie l was 4years old then ❤
I love Sound of music. Jesus Christ is coming soon. Pls, give ur heart to Him as your Lord and Saviour for He loves you very much.
The sound of music first released worldwide in 1965, so 59 years is a pretty long time for people, including the cast of this illustrious movie, to change. Yes, Charmaine Carr, who played the eldest daughter to Christoper Plumber's character, was so very gorgeous as a teenager, young men hyperventilated at the very sight of her. She sang and danced with glee to the number "I am sixteen, going on seventeen' and the memory of this very beautiful girl is still etched in my memory. May be her voiced was dubbed, but who cares, it will never detract from the vision of beauty that she once was.
You need to correct many of the dates and ages

Disliked for wrong info on Liesl.
I love this movie so much. I used to get all twisted at the Baroness Von Schader, now I think stylish. Me in my sweats-stylish.
Bella artista
막내가 나이가 들어서도 그때의 모습이 가장많이 남아있는거같네요..
That's not a picture of Eleanor Parker, that's Muriel Siebert. They both passed away within a few months of each other in 2013, and CNN misused the photo. Eleanor left the business in 1991, and I don't think there are any public photos of her after that. Also, the thumbnail is so disrespectful.

Another mistake is they say Liesl was 23 in 1975 -- should be 1965.
The lady shown died a few years ago😢. Her name in the show was Liesel stop the lies.
She is still very beautiful 😍😍

I just love this 1:11
❤❤❤❤
Charmian Carr was 23 in 1965, not 13
🙏♥️♥️♥️
Max Detweiler was played by Richard HAYDN.
wrong information mate
Why the ominous music? Btw.. These stars were loved.. Before and to the present.. They all.looked great and aged gracefully.. Sorry blogger... Your shock effect didn't work..
I saw this film around 2013😂man!
Lot of mistakes...😮
What about Daniel Truhitte, who played the role of Rolfe, the lover of Liesl played by Charmian Carr?
Dear AI machine, could you fix the voice and subtitles? Gretl was spelled/spoken wrong. "Kym Karath Gretl played Von Trapp"... well then.
So many mistakes
The age of actress who played Lisel Von Trap is wrong.
@IndraKumar-md9ut

Her real name is Charmian Carr, an American actress. She was born in 1942; she died in 2016 {source imdb, wikipedia and many others}.
En español por favor
Just a shame that the actors did not receive residual compensation.
You got several of their ages wrong.
Nicholas Hammond was the original Spiderman
The princess
歲月無情 令人感到 無奈!
How old is that postman boy who was In love(I am 16 going on 17) how is he?
In the movie in 1965 she was 16 how is she 23 years old? 😂oh stop this soo rude. But i still love this sound of music first watch this movie since 19 years of age now i’m 30 and still watch the sound of music❤

The CHARACTER was 16. The ACTRESS who played her was 23.
知りたくなかったけど、知りたかった
Dude who else thought they were gonna show a literal skeleton for the first sister who was 73 in 1965? 💀
i'm sorry but the music you put in here is absolutely ridiculous. i had to mute the whole thing. it doesn't fit at all
So are the still living stars still receiving "residual" payments from re-runs and DVD sales??
שמחה ככ פלוס ומאוד
This is not what this actress looked like so stop it.
That's Haydn, not Hayd. Did you even review this after production? Gretl is not part of Kym Karath's name.
Cruel vejez
It's "capt"
