Watched this chap with his dad. Well mannored, honest, a real man. I like this guy, mad respect. Peace.
Cracking guest, I like how you can listen to this podcast and sounds like he is just having a normal everyday chat. No hype, no oversell, no drama. Just telling his story straight up and direct. Wish him all the best

What inspirational young man ! I’m sure his dad is extremely proud . Could of had everything on a plate but clearly he works hard & earns his respect & success . Great chat James 💙
Well-spoken and articulates himself well and he dropped out of school at 12. Proof of having will and determination for self improvement.
Respectful, grounded and hardworking young man ❤️
He seems like such a nice humble person
Excellent interview, seems like a great guy and you brought the best out of him James , well done , onwards and upwards mate

Good podcast James. Alfie is definitely his dad's son, in a good way. He is really grounded, no big ego or thinking he is the man. Very likeable guy, keep "real Alfie"
Fanstastic interview. Alfie is brilliant how he holds himself and comes across
Great chat and what a inspiring fella. Respect 👍
This is the type of fella should be going round schools instead of ex drug or steroid abusers. Kids allready know prison is a bad place and they shouldn’t sell or take drugs. I done see no one going into schools explaining if you work hard and do good in life this is where you can be what a smart young man and I believe he’s done his own thing and wouldn’t have needed help from his father to get to where he is well done young man your father must be proud.

@@happyhardcore544 where the bias have you saw the sort of people going into schools unfortunately I’m talking through experience of being down the wrong path myself. my opinion there’s much more to take of this fella than someone that’s sold drugs and been in jailed half there life. Tick tock and KZread gangsters only educating the youth for all the wrong reasons in my opinion.

@@mtkdon6358 yes im one of them. Ex pro 10 years for manslaughter in pub fight. Why because to help feed my family on way up i chose work and drug dealing on the side. 20 years later im a boxing coach and probation officer and probation health champion. Who has a very very succesfull grass roots boxing gym. Who uses my past to prevent. As prevention is better than the cure . Now do you see your bias comment . @@happyhardcore544 mate I’m just saying my time in prison and looking what I see on here is ex drug dealers and ex gangsters trying to show kids the way forward it’s very refreshing to see someone with success without being drug dealer or taxman that’s all. Keep on the path your on sir
Sounds like a genuinely down to earth nice bloke....you should be proud of yourself mate.
a great young man and most definitely he should be speaking to young people, he could definitely give wise words to our young generation.. Showing that if you believe in yourself you can be successful.. Showing that 1 fail is lesson not the end.. I hope his parents see how amazing he is..

Absolutely 💯🤗 top interview love the channel
Good luck to both him n his dad - his dad especially! Would like a business mind like his, unfortunately got a sole trader mind 🤣👍 Great interview as always 👍💥
Top young entrepreneur, watched a few things on him, very inspirational. Got love the hustle.👍🏼👍🏼
Very likable clued up lad. Top interview James 👌🏼
Seems like a nice kid. Of course he has had an easier life than most because of his dad but by the sounds of it he’s respectful and appreciative and doesn’t want to live off his dad. If we all had parents to help us out when we needed it we would all love it but we don’t but no need to hate on someone who has.
Great interview James thanks to you and Alfie

This young bloke is honest and wise. Refreshing to see.
Imagine having your head this screwed on by the time he was 18 , already realised how pointless and damaging drinking is , took me 40 years! shows the importance of a strong role model dad .. respect
26.00 - 27.00 mins describes exactly how I feel myself. After a wild life of crime I had my daughter and my whole world changed. Now my only focus is to give my daughter a better life than I ever had growing up.

Chomping at the bit James, not choking. Sort it out la.
Absolutley class, Alfie going right to the top!
Really smart lad, and fair play to him, most young men who have a old man who is minted would not put the work in for real, one thing James said made me laugh when he said " do you think earning a crust was learnt or bread into you " maby there is a plate of sandwiches in the background or James is hungry lol. Keep up the great work James been watching you from the start, and the rise and growth is amazing, and thanks as helped me get through really rough couple of years. Peace ✌ n love 💘
He looks like his Dad talks like his Dad Wish him well must inherit his Dads genes Love them My family bought a mobile home on a site In Wales the site was run badly no help wish the young man was there running the site ❤️🙏

Did you really just ask “what’s it all about Alfie?” 😂😂👍🏻
Serious question can a 16 year old run a club ?? Have a license to sell alcohol ???
Fair play to him....it must be so annoying when people say "you got it easy" when everyone knows self made millionaires usually hold the biggest principle of "my child will not be handed shit on a plate" truth being that yeah his dad's financial position helps and advances him more so but that shouldn't dismiss all his hard work and commitment at all! I'm on a journey I don't know if I I have a face traveller's want to punch because even when I smile and say hi I get shunned and called a bitch.....any advice?
