Your best guide yet! I always love your thoroughness. The section on Kafka’s teammates where you explained all of their individual synergies was especially helpful! Pre-release everyone was saying Kafka “needs” certain niche DoT teammates, but it seems like she actually has many great teammates among the top meta units people love using already.

something a lot of people seem to forget when making kafka teams is the fact that sampo can be a completely skill point positive addition to the team with the fact that all of his attacks including his normal can add his dot

Could you make a video about Luka? I'm intrigued how the bleed cap works asides than his attack, with things like bonus physical damage, resistance reduction, and damage multipliers.

Regarding Serval, maybe I'm coping a bit on my investment into my Serval for this team, but I think it is worth mentioning how SP positive she can be compared to Sampo and Luka (and with at least E2, still do decent damage with Basics), which can free up points for Kafka and other teammates. Her Shock extensions also helps keep all the Shocks rolling on targets other than Kafka's main target, allowing for detonations on all targets without having to keep juggling targets on Kafka's turns or worrying about which targets to proc Kafka's follow up attacks on. Also, small thing but it looks like you forgot a line about the Musketeer 2pc set? It's in the subtitles script and infographic but gets skipped in your voiceover

If you dont count the BE then GNSW s1 beats fermata s5 dmg% wise, stick with GNSW :)

Hey, Guoba great video but I have a question on her speed breakpoint. What if I have 133 Spd would I still get the extra every 3 cycles? Also with that Spd added on with the spd even from her light cone be worth it or a would it not be enough( Basically 147 Spd essentially)

You need 134 or just under like 133.6 which you can’t see in game. The signature would help or you can get a sub

with a comp such as kafka + 2 harmony (ie asta tingyun), crit is better in terms of damage correct? if you were to lose a bit of asta stack uptime to get skillpoints, how would that affect the damage?

yes 2 harmony crit scales very well, you lose a bit of atk% buff without perma asta, and some speed without the energy, but its all gud

Been struggling on floor 9 of MoC, built her and sampo to max investment and i cleared moc with full stars. Shes actually insane. Super F2P friendly.

I have a questions about Serval in a Kafka team, maybe you have an opinion on the build I'd like to try for this since I've leveled up Serval already: her signature 4 star light cone, band of sizzling thunder 4 pc, effect hit rate focus, pan-galactic commercial enteprise with lightning dmg bonus and energy regeneration rate rope (due to her lightcone being ULT focused). It just seems useful to me in relation to a Kafka team rather than being purely personal dmg based, or is this dumb AF? - Also, Serval is E4 so you know, her ULT is more DOT useful.

Wasn’t convinced if I should pull Kafka so I rolled a few leftover relics from my Serval/Gepard and Blade/Asta/Bronya/Natasha grind. I got quite lucky with the SPD and ATK% rolls and now have a 2pc lightning+ 2pc hackerspace set, easily breaching the 150SPD breakpoint. My Asta and Serval are with maxed traces so definitely pulling for Kafka now. Having two teams that all require relics from the same two domains is such a blessing.

I have e1 kafka+signature cone. What do u think is the best relic for her? i once heard on your stream that u want her to be fast but can she build atk boots and get bronya to pair with her. And if u want her fast would u prefer 130 spd with lightning set or 150 with 2spd/2lightning. I want to pair her with my SW too since she is E2. I'm curious, since Kafka alone has pretty strong damage so she doesn't need a second true dot character, how well would she perform with, say, Hook? I know Hook's burn is a fairly negligable part of her kit, but it would add to Kafka's damage a tiny bit while Hook's running her normal gameplan, that being apply burns and bully those with them. Maybe alongside an Asta for another minor burn application and teamwide atk/spd buff? Might be fun in fire weak content, like cocolia and space dwagon. Thanks for the timely guides as always, Kafkba!

I would just try using a break fire unit if you wanna use fire, Hook uses a load of SP too for DMG so youd need more sp positivity

Got E1 just with 20 pulls, spent other 140 for her signature. I would prefer the other way around, cause I dont have eidolons for Luka and only E4 on my Slick Blue-Haired Guy, but I'm still happy. And minding that I just farmed the crap out of Lightning set for my E6 Serval, now I can build Kafka with no-crit leftovers.

would you say having a lot of atk over crit stats is better overall? also i was wondering what's a good target to reach in attack for her just so i know as a basis. Thank you!!! :D

I just got her e1 coz I really want Sampo e6 and some Luka eidolons as well. I got my Sampo ready to go too. Now that I got Kafka e1, I'll try to get that recommended speed and ehr via substats. just a normal support build, if you break the enemy will be delayed a ton and you lose out on detonating break dots

Was told that I needed to have at least 67% ehr to guarantee kafka’s shocks, so I had a ehr body(got me to 79% with ai stats). But thanks to this guide I now know I only needed that if I had E1 and wanted to also guarantee that extra shock. Now I’ve swapped my body to attk and I still have 40% EHR and have have A lot more damage. Tyvm

Both is still important, serval has a lot of good kit damage

so is the 151 speed only for Asta E4 teams? And if you don't use/have Asta e4 then 151 speed is too much?

e0 its her best but its weird with kafka because of the delay So just normal support then with tanky stats and EHR, or you can try crit but its very difficult

anyone know how the interaction between fermata LC and kafka explosion works? If my sampo using fermata s5, that means his dot dmg increased by 32%. Does kafka explosion include sampo's fermata bonus or not?

I don’t know for sure, but I would guess that his wind shear stacks do scale with his LC buffs. I mean they definitely scale with his own attack and dmg% increase so surely they use his light cone numbers, right? Sorry for not answering with certainty, I am kafkaless atm lol

Sampo dot will have dmg increase and then Kafka will explode those boosted dots

I already have welt as a good nihility damage dealer and the general to cover lighting weakness. As a low spender I'm really conflicted becaus I don't think i should pull for her. I really want to save resources for the next fire character on spotlight.

should i go for e1 or e2? i already have her lightcone. The e1 and e2 is so tempting but i dont know if its worth

I guess its because quantum break (entanglement) is not counted as DoT so cannot be trigger by Kafka skill and it also delay the enemy turn which leading to less damage

Oh god that shock multiplier is disgusting. Still going Break since I was planning to use Silver Wolf with her and I'm not even close to being able to afford the investment ATK Kafka really needs to shine, but it is clear that if another DOT unit I like comes out then poor Serval is going to the bench and so is the Break set if I can't keep the mono-lightning going. Really happy that Mom is coming out so great, hope the Nihility Trailblazer has great synergy with her (and comes relatively soon) so I can get a family party going.

When you say E1/2 gives 17%/10% dmg increase, is this personal dmg increase or team wide increase since these ediolons do effect her teammates dmg outside of when she pops their dots
