@@abiedo348 samekelo is Samthing Soweto He is one of the founders of the Soil and then he was forced to leave the group a few months before they broke out He wrote most of the soil's first album including this song, he's the one singing the chorus in this song

@@lindokuhlevilakazi6768 i know that, i was at his album launch last week(hence i came here after he performed it million times better than the Soil ever did). I would have thought they would remove his voice or have him in the video but upon reading up on how he left them i guess it was as the kids say these days "complicated". to be fair, if you are going compose, produce, sing, etc about 75% of songs in an album in a group of 4 people, not to mention teach them how to sing the like you were inspired to in prison, then you really should be flying solo plus a trinity really works out and sounds and markets better than a quaternity

@@abiedo348 yeah I think it would have been better had he stayed with the group and then a few years later branch out as a solo artist When the soil was at their peak he was poor and struggling to put things together and that's a shame😔🥺 But thanks to Sun El who introduced him as a solo act in the hit song "akanamali" I am not a fan of amapiano but I respect their authenticity, I wish he did more afro pop and stayed away from them But either way his music is amazing, songs like Nodoli, Sebenzela nina, Omama Bomthandazo are what I wish he would do more rather than using amapiano beats
