Presentation is a big part of the runway, and not being able to adapt to the challenge and sell your garment in a design challenge as high fashion should affect if you win or not. Utica was overly campy when the challenge didnt call for it and it definitely distracted from what she was wearing. If anything Rose was snubbed that challenge. And I say this fully well still acknowledging that Utica's third look was the best self-made look of any design challenge until Nymphia's.

Nina just had a better overall snatch game but even Ru said she was more so playing Grandpa Munster. I think Nina could've said she was playing elvis or elton john and still probably win.

Gottmik should’ve just been crowned at this moment tbh. The concept of her snatch game character alone is utterly genius. Can’t wait to see what else she brings this season.

Gottmik's take on her character was really creative and hit all the right notes: was funny, looked sexy, made Ru laugh! Nina was also amazing at Liberace - funny and really good references + jokes, make up & costume looked on point. ❤❤❤ Snatch game isn't easy!

Camp drag is my very favorite and I love the intelligence behind the silliness. Side note: To have any LGBTQ and drag hater think this person is out to do any evil to the children she wants to write, produce and perform for is the most ludicrous thing I can think of. This human is kindness and ompassion on two feet.

Pal could not have been done better. Period. Crazy idea but she did it. I gotta say I had a bit of a doubt (not much, it's Gottmik after all) but she did it perfectly. Perfectly. And Nina! OMG I LOVE THIS SHOW!

My issue is she essentially did the same thing on S11, she just did Vanjie, and that landed her in the bottom 3 back then, so to come back 5 years later and effectively do the same thing had me looking at her sideways
