If i'm not wrong these are mostly improvised? So I really don't see why they these couldn't be on the Smosh pit channel 🤷‍♀ Tho I do get that reunions require little but more work behind the scenes than other "non scripted" episodes.

Shayne as Lala was extremely Mr Muffins/Klondike adjacent, it was a cry for help every time

LDT I understand because it was costly. But this was low budget (and its low budgetness was part of the charm) so surely they could spare some of the budget for stuff like this. And before you say they no longer put unscripted stuff on Main, FWS exist.

I actually started watching Smosh regularly because of their unscripted or semi-scripted videos. When it comes to their sketches, I prefer ones with satirical tone.
