This is a great example of how crawl spaces should not be designed. I used to crawl under houses for a job, many were very narrow. Not designed with the reality that people will need to be in there for service tasks, in mind.

15 minutes ago I just discovered a rats nest in my car engine. I heard wrestling around and decided to open it and I’m waiting on a mail ex-husband to come and help me but what do we do about having such an infestation of rats around our building if we are near bushes etc.?my renter just paid close to $3000 in engine repair for the same thing. Can I park safely?
