I think that the problem with Andy was that he was overshadowed by the divine Johnny. I mean Johnny's riffs left no room for bass lines to be appreciated, it is as simple as this. They dominated the melodic line of the song. Andy was great, no question about this. Tight, precise, phrase perfect and everything, but when you play alongside a guy like Marr, you are pretty buggered.

Muito bom
I think the fame if the smiths and Morrissey stems from the fact that the lyrics are simple easy to relate to and true to life That Coupled with the music score makes a fantastic collaboration that even now gets you singing the lyrics or whistling whatever your preference 🤣
Im bringing back that look Morrissey is wearing. Suit jacket, button dwn, tie, blue jeans

Hello from Russia in 2021
OK so this coming Tuesday I'm actually going to get fitted for a hearing aid. No joke! I hope it doesn't melt!! I actually still have my Walkman though!! I'm going to find it and put some batteries in it and hey maybe it'll still work!! I don't have any tapes anymore but maybe the radio will still work. ?? I'll always love this song though. It just hits ya a bit different when you're next birthday is going to be 50 instead of 15!! Cheers y'all!
