RIP Andy, this one will always be my favourite from you
That Bass Line!!! RIP ANDY ROURKE 🕊️
A very underrated part of this video is when Morrissey shrugs at the end of the song like "well, that just happened!"
R.I.P Andy , what a performance
RIP Andy Rourke 😔
Morrissey hasn't changed.....he still ends up on the floor at some time! Love the man!
I love how so many people there are standing very still, listening reverently: Oh yea, a crack on the head and all that ... while others are just dancing and loving it. Those dancers were the 'early clue to the new direction.' The Mondays and Roses were just minutes away. Thing is, the Smiths made some great dance music.
RIP Andy.
The ending with the drums and bass is probably the most epic in live music ever
RIP Andy
A very sad day. RIP Andy. This is one of your finest hours.

A good mood pill he is...!
Thanks Andy.
Morrissey's vocals here...sublime. The live mix is magnificent. Telly sounded better in the 1980's.
Had the bassline played in my head the whole morning.. so I had to come here.

@@lukeparris9419 Cuz it keeps repeating in my head. lol
How could anyone play the bass that good? And the tone he was getting out of it. Thank you for such a high quality recording on this video.
Andy rules but the talents of all 4 made the Smiths truly legendary, pure magic , im blessed to have seen them at Irvine meadows CA.
RIP Andy. You won’t be forgotten.
Easily one of the best guitar / bass complimentary hooks ever written, and Morrisey as usual elevates the material with the borderline bizzare lyrical delivery that completely contrasts the frenetic tempo of the strings. Just an auditory delight.
