my only worries is that although this bike has IP54 rate waterprrof, can this bike get over with permenanet rain and muddy road in the uk.

Hello. On the website says that the motor is 500W and also 250W, what does it say the sticker on the motor of the ebike? otherwise would be illegal in UK
