The end of one the best and unfortunatly the most underrated Anime villain.

I saw this exact episode once when staying at a hotel in Japan in 2018 and I LOVED the character designs, but didn’t know the name of the anime because it was in Japanese. I forgot about it shortly after that, but I remembered it today, five years later, and I learnt the name of the anime and I FOUND IT! Pity I only watched the climax-I heard there’s a lot of funny parts earlier in the series.
