Ever since starting this game in Sept of last year, I love the Slate. Packs so much punch and even better with Slugs.

The guy suppressing you with the Winnie in the last fight was pretty funny.

the game is very dark i play on 45 brightness but have gamma at 1.15 in game maybe try that 1.00 is way too dark

i play slate with buckshot (normal ammo) i shoot a dude to the upper thorax and he survive i hate it but when you add slug to the equation well he is dead slate for me is trash but with slug its an S tier

algo commentary

I have use the slate often and I never get one shot kills at that distance without ADS. jeez what the fuck am I doing wrong. Like I will get the target center of the cross hairs but they don't just drop like that. Generally they just pivot or return fire. To be fair I am no where near the level of play hornet is but seeing videos like this make me wonder if I am just somehow not using these weapons correctly at all.

The crosshair is wider than the actual spread. Hornet just has really good aim so he is always centering the upper torso perfectly. It's generally better to shoulder aim rather than ADS b/c you get the crosshair as a reference to center the spread, and if you miss, you don't miss as big as you would by shooting all your pellets into an arm or off target completely like you would with ADS
