these people really have no idea of how this society works, Maomao can´t simply force her way through those women, the only reason she didn´t get punished for getting aggressive with them is because Jinshi was there and did nothing about it also 15:19 why is Maomao doing this? there´s plenty of grown men around with bigger lungs than her that could do this simple job

yeah, i guess they misunderstand that even if shes on 'imperial order', these stuckup attendants come from noble families. Hell, even the attendant that hid the powder only got confinement and allowed to serve again. If Maomao in her place, she would have been beheaded. I like that her status as servant is reflected well throughout the series also yes, maybe she just cant order eunuch around for a 'simple job'

@@kazuharailfan.2909 that´s weird, cause she´s already giving orders to Lihua´s servants and the head chef, you´d think she could easily tell a eunuch to keep the fire going

@@r.a.fgattaiguy845 offscreen probably. Then again, maintaining the fire has always been servant work. Maomao to me, is a non-confrontational person unless needed to (taking charge of treating Lihua after discovering the powder), pretty strict with the whole hierarchy (attendant > eunuch > servants) and not abusing privileges' and attention shown to her (saving emperor's concubine doesnt improve her status in any way)
