Everyone compares the son to the father, and the daughter to the mother. Although Luke is definitely Padmé's son, both in appearance (round-faced with miniature features) and in qualities - he is as kind, gentle, reserved, wise and peace-loving as his mother. Leia is the true daughter of Anakin, she has the same look, the same oval face, even articulation. Leia, like her father, is impulsive, sarcastic, impatient, she is silent about her weaknesses, but she has a good heart. Of course, she has the qualities of Padme (just as Luke has Anakin's), she is a strong politician and a leader whom everyone listens to. Luke is a strong Jedi and sometimes reckless.

Just imagine that if anakin had never turned the darkside, they would have grown luke and leia. Anakin could have been the best jedi ever. But emperor facts...

I'm with you. They genuinely loved each other so much. A pure and perfect love for one another.

This made me cry more than Revenge of the Sith. I was watched the fourth Episode of Obiwan Kenobi. It's so wicked intense. Anakin so wanted to be a father. Then Palpatine turned him evil when all he wanted to do was save his wiife, Palpatine is a monster!

I always took it as vader looking at leia at cloud city and wanting to change the arrangement as he sense familiarity with her and she reminded him of padme, she also has alook of shmi. He stared too long at her. He knew excately who's lukes sister was when he revealed it.

Darkness is in us all ... all may be shrouded by the evil within . But you still have goodness inside of you...the hate and anger may be great but the light shines amidst all of the Black, pain, suffering and hurt ...you still have the ability to love and in turn have the chance to once again be loved by someone else...
