Well he's a very average defender now but I'll give you the rest. Also, if you're expecting Paul George to be a role player then he's getting paid WAY too much. His greatest use will be when Embiid is off the court.

@@illDefine1he’s a pretty good defender. He can guard 1-4 he can also score. Unfortunately as of recent he been on team that if the initial #1 option falls down the team due to lineup diminish greatly. Example is okc and thunder.

The Warriors wanted to offer PG the same contract but Clips were unwilling to sign and trade him, so PG13 was like so now they just fuccn up my money I’m out. And it took that to get him out his comfort zone and come back out East which is a big deal since LA is his home. Greatness comes when you make yourself uncomfortable so just the fact he was willing to do this speaks volumes imo. He’s also the perfect complimentary star to Joel and Maxey plus he has such a big fanbase that alone brings value to the team in a streaming league now.

George is not the right fit because of his mindset. So-called basketball content creators can give me all the numbers you want, It's not about that, and you will learn when the sixers are out of the play-offs in the first or second round next season. A younger, hungry, deeper team would have been better. I am glad they sign Oubre and got a good back up center. Daryl fracked up again. Hope it works, I will not hold my breath.

Play B Ball Paul Reed at Power Forward. He is listed at 6'9 220. But he is really 6'7 210lbs. PG is literally bigger than Paul Reed. Imagine playing Darius Slay at LB. It's not his fault that the team is using him IMPROPERLY!!!

Batum was pretty good. Harris unfortunately give me nightmares of terrible days. With that Drummond pick up Sixers front court is miles better than New York and Celtics. I know the roster not yet complete but Sixers should get out 2nd round next year if they play the regular season smart

Clippers fan here. I’ve watched PG with us the last 5 years he will go down as a top 3 player in Clipper history. PG is going to be special with you all Nick Nurse is the perfect coach for him he’s going to be used right with you all in that offense. Honestly our Coach didn’t use him right and that’s part of the why he left. An he still had elite shooting splits. So you all enjoy him and get a championship.

The best analogy I would use of PG, he’s like our addition of Jrue holiday but not as good of defender, but a better offensive player. I think it’s a solid move. It’s just unfortunate it eats up so much of the cap but I still think this is the best team Embiid has had around him in years. Even when we took the Celtics to 7 games one year that roster wasn’t as good as this one partially bc Tobias was our 4th option lol

Drummond wont give you much scoring, when Embiid needs a rest 😂...but he gives us rebounding and toughness on the boards. Just have to have George and or Maxey/Gordon in there with him, for scoring.

Oubre is back as well. We add a 3 and D guy to play the 4...we are set. Minimum contract vets will happily come to philly to fill out the roster
