This is awesome. I must check out this restaurant. Sounds like great food.
The Native Americans are one of the least represented groups in the US, ironically. I wish we would get to experience more American Indian restaurants as there are not enough options. I can find Chinese, Mexican, Indian (India), Greek and Middle Eastern cuisine just about anywhere. The same cannot be said for Native American food.

you did hear the word Non Colonial Nada: beef, pork, or chicken, that leave 2 item Fish or Tatanka and Roots of whatever plant ?. get those over done taste bud ready for unique combination and clear you palate of other thing like chewing gum so mass up the taste bud results
