Nice Whillhalm Gosloft reference and overall a good video

on April 12, 2024 the Cardhelm Gustloff was attacked by a enemy u-boat and it sank off the coast of Cardboard Town. It was just 60 Kilometers off shore. It claimed the lives of 9000 cardboardians.

This, this is just incredible 👏🏼

The WW2 period sinking are perhaps the very darkest of dark moments in maritime history. I am the author of a novel that dealt with the sinking of the RMS Lancastria and I am haunted by that experience to this day by what I had learned in the research. What shocked me the most about this video is that somehow, without people or the other drama of the actual movie on this sinking, it captures a horror which I think is accurate. If you were on this ship and experiencing this rapid flooding, it would be a horrible and terrifying event. I think the rapid flooding scenes in this short video captures even better the horror of this sinking than the movie. I sincerely hope that this sinking remains the worst of history, so that we do not have another war that gives us even worse and dark events.

This came out right after I finished reading Salt to the Sea lol (Read it if you haven't yet, especially if you liked All the Light we Cannot See)

I was smoking a cigar out on deck when she was struck in he bow. Made it onto deck after a few minutes managed to grab a deck chair and jump into the sea. I had survived the ship sinking.

LIVE at the Cardboardian Town of Barrow, we see the Cardhelm Gustloff sinking after a Torpedo, Conspirated to be launched by Paperna Birch, a Cardboardian Union captain on the C4rdb04rdian, a V boat . The torpedo hit the Port side of the ship, passing through a Bedroom and the 2nd Torpedo hit near the Pool. The 3rd one is not known where it hit but shortly after, The ship looses power, after it tilts to starboard, flooding the dining room, Pool, and the rest of the ship. Now it is currently sliding down sideways into the water depths below. The last time any of us see this ship is it’s port side of it’s stern. This is Pine Cardboardington, out.
