always such good ideas! specially the ones outside or in the inside how to save space. Love it!

The first few ideas have a small opening when using half walls to cover under the stairs and although you can cover it with decor thats gonna annoy me when playing lol.Overall these are great ideas to help me build better.

Yes, that would irk me too. This process still works if you use the tallest half wall along the side of stairs or just a full wall. I think this builder prefers to have their stairs 'open air' but I've built rooms under stairs with regular walls built around the staircase. I do it this way because it drives me nuts that we can't control whether railings are on left, right, or both sides of the stairs. I dislike how they bleed into walls or pop out of the upper floor and overlap any fence railings. I've also stepped the half walls down as the stairs got close to the floor and layered hanging plants, vases etc on the ledges to try to make it make sense.

I've rewatched the fireplace under the stairs several times and I still don't see where you actually put in a fireplace the would enable the sim to light something. Please help me out here, thanks!

this is all very cool, but nobody has been able to answer my one very important question when it comes to stairs. why can't I place the stairs on any wall anymore? I'm having a lot of trouble with the stairs, I have to keep moving the wall and then bring it back to the stairs where I want it. if anyone can help answer my question please do.
