I think it is the best building in the game personally, I calculated how much money it saved and how many unique events it would of taken to get the rest of the land only unlockable with tokens. I believe it was just over 107 million in cash and 7 years of events!

Hey! What’s up! So nobody knows when it will return, however I will inform you all when it does... just be sure to have enough donuts ready to buy it! - Also keep an eye out on your “Vault” in the store... it’s different for everybody each week, you could get lucky!
