Almost died from 5g creatine daily. Drank around 4 litres of water a day aswell. Not for everyone

@@AlexisLaplante fair enough. But you are the 1%. Creatine is literally in our food. Most peoples bodies want up to 5g daily but food is damn near impossible to get us all of that. So that’s where the supplement comes into place

@@jessicamore4371 creatinin a molecule in creatine stayed deposited in my kidneys. It felt like back pain until it got so intense I couldnt walk. got off creatine and never had problems with my kidneys ever again
