The Show Must Go On - Freddie Mercury ft Dino Jelusick - Ken Tamplin Vocal Academy
Today I wanted to do something I haven't done previously and introduce you all to an artist that I think everyone needs to hear about.
Dino Jelusick is an incredibly talented singer from Croatia who in addition to appearing with Trans-Siberian Orchestra, also fronts his own band Animal Drive.
Jelusick has been making music for most of his life and wrote his first song at age 7. At age 10 he became the first winner of Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2003.
After the contest Dino released his debut album and over the years his style continued to evolve to a more hard rock and metal sound. His breakthrough came when Trans-Siberian Orchestra saw a live performance of Queen's "The Show Must Go On".
I'm hoping to continue to expose his music to a new audience by sharing him with you. We'll be looking at a performance of the Queen tune that got it all started. I hope you enjoy it and please make sure to share your feedback!

We have many great singers. In this moment the best vocal in Croatia is Marko Škugor, but he doesn't sing rock. He is for more classic opera stuff. Best rock singer is Pero Galić from band Opća opasnost. Of course Dino is great. We always had great singers. Rip Vice Vukov, Vinko Coce and Oliver Dragojević.

Right now he's in Whitesnake playing keyboards and doing backing vocals for Coverdale (and also the higher parts David can't do anymore). Voices says he will replace Coverdale anytime soon, when the latter will go in pension. Dino is the best hard rock vocalist around, no doubt

He's already very well known in Croatia ;) He won first kids Eurovision at the age of 10... So very well known in Croatia, for those who like quality music.

Have had Dino on my radar for quite some time now. I think he's one of the best rock singers out there at the moment. Reminds me of a younger Jorn Lande - both have this Coverdale/Dio sound down.

Dino, the best Croatian singer! 🇭🇷 About time the world recognized him, and it's so great to see the best vocal coach promoting him! I love his smooth transition from a distorted voice to a clean voice. Also, his version of Die young is amazing. All that said, to this day, whenever I hear his Junior Eurovision winning song Ti si moja prva ljubav on a night out, I somehow always come home hammered. 😅 Keep them coming, guys!

Fenomenalna interpretacija pjeme "Show must go on" neponovljivog Freddya ❤. Dinova obrada je jos vise rockerska, njegov osebujan glas tu jos vise dolazi do izrazaja, raspon mu je nevjerojatan 😍 tu ima i snage, ali i snaznih emocija. Svaka cast da su ga inozemni poznavatelji glazbe prepoznali, s time da on i stvara muziku, a ne samo pjeva. Whenever I hear a cover on Freddie, I always can't get rid of one thought. Regardless of the talent of the singer, his voice or passion, they all seem to make an effort singing. I literally see how they try to do their best. And Freddie seemed to sing so effortlessly... He just opened his mouth, and music masterpieces came out.

You are used to this song being sung by F.M. But the more I listen to Dino, the more that song seems to be his. Freddie Mercury acted a little too much. Dino is much more natural. And much, much prettier!😄
Not since Ray Gillen have a heard a guy with range and tone all the way to the top of his register. Such a breath of fresh air- probably the best singer on earth in rock at the moment
Dino is fantastic. I only learned about him last year when he teamed up with George Lynch for Dirty Shirley. Then started listening to all of his other projects. Dino definitely had the “it” factor! He can do so many genres and ranges he’s just incredible!
