burning THCA does turn it into THC but since it's consumed almost as soon as it's converted the user is never in possession of THC in the technical sense possession is the crime you could be arrested for if you had a measurable amount but it's created in tiny amounts then quickly consumed there's nothing there that the police could weigh

What they are worried about, is the fact it is so hard to 'crack down' on illegal weed. Yet they have had 70 years to crack down on weed. Now all they want to do is make it illegal to have/buy 2 gummies at a time, and 50mg or less per package for $40. Even for the CBD variety. Basically candy.... And no smoke at all. The insurance company's are behind that. Once they get this through they can almost ban Tobacco. Because the Insurance company's have Trillions to push through the system if needed. Every death from the previous 3 years has been based upon smokers rights. All those sickness victims of the past panazidemic were narrowed down to tobacco use or smoking. All they had to do was find fluid in the lungs, and blame it on their absent minded smoking. Case/panazidemic closed. They also backed smokers into the corner by making mandatory tobacco screenings at many jobs. No way to deny you are a smoker. Even after working 3 years into the panazidemic. It was a $40 per pay period penalty added to your premium. From now on if you are caught smoking, it will go against your insurance. Which some states have allowed criminal charges be taken out on people in bad health; for smoking cigarettes.

What really needs exposing about the thca industry is the “snowballs”, thca dusted flower. And incredibly strong delta gummies that are NOT full spectrum, but condensed with one or two cannabinoids. I work in a smoke shop, we sell all the thca and delta products. A spike in cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome over the last year because of people overdoing one cannabinoid instead of the regular thca flower or a blended cart/gummy. Things are getting too strong and there needs to be some form of regulation on strength and access. Just do full spectrum, natural shit. If it doesn’t look or taste like mother earth made it, don’t bother. Thca flower is good, but we don’t need to go adding a thousand “terpenes and trichomes and isolates” to perfectly good bud. Great video!

Not having to go to a shady person's place (which is frequented by other shady people) secretively is a great thing for everyone. Not being introduced to other drugs by various dealers when purchasing cannabis is a good thing.

Pretty much. Literally just THC that hasn't been decarboxylated aka heated. A nicotine/THC vape/flower store in my small hometown opened not long ago, so I had to look into how it was legal before I tried my hand buying some on camera. I will say, it isn't as strong and the high isn't as good as weed not using the loophole, in my area. It looks, tastes, and smells better, but is not as good as even the schwag from the 90s. 5% THC A is the legal limit they have for its sale, so that is why. Not sure if that is just my state, or if the 5% is federal. I asked what their strongest strain was, and the owner explained they are all at 5% due to law. Until that changes, I am still buying from the dealer and then just keeping an old receipt in my bag. That is the biggest loophole, the receipt that makes the illegal weed, legal, due to the inability to tell the difference, lol.

Living in Texas. Had been trying when cbd flower came out. Trash. Few years later I went to a smoke shop to check out the thc-a flower. Price is high which understandable. But the flower compared to cbd back then. Huge come up. Effects really compare to any street flower. And the fact you can order online and shipped to your house is crazy to think of. Hope laws only move forward from here

What brands are you getting because all the brands I get in the smoke shops are complete garbage empty industrial hemp , sprayed with thca and botanically derived terpenes. You can tell because it smells more like perfume and sweet smell and almost no gas or skunk because gas and skunk smells don't come from terpenes , they come from flavinoids.

I understand the concern but even if you ordered it, got caught by postal inspector, you would still have to claim it. The risk is really, really, really low. Now if you’re ordering lb’s of the stuff and selling then thats a completely different story

The people smoking at the bus stop said they got it at the store, but you can get alcohol at the store and if you get caught drinking in public you get arrested. Just take it home and smoke it.

I honestly miss the weed I use to smoke as a kid and in my 20's, the government just ruins anything they get their hands in cause the good stuff is really hard to find nowadays and super expensive.

​@seandonahue87 , I lived in pa awhile ago Springdale. Now in VA, medical is not really the best. So I grow my own with no chemicals that I seem to had when I bought out of the dispensary. Lemon kush and Himalaya gold for the cataract problems I have. My Dr said that any cbd would give me headaches and pressure on the back of my eyeballs. I don't trust the gov when it comes to medicine

All these different variants, delta this, delta that, thca, cbg, cbn, they are all putting a haze over the main factor: THC! Genetically modified strains are more common than pure bred strains and the result is buds and concentrates that barely last more than a 15 minute high. Either the weed's getting worse or my condition has far surpassed the limit of what weed can help with. 90% of the strains here in Florida just do not do the trick.

For sure! Went to the dispensary for a year after seeing Dr. Tucker Greene for my license and it was like crack...just couldn't get enough and I went off the rails and ended up two weeks in a Psychiatrist Hospital with skitzoeffective depression. Didn't renew my license and never heard from Dr. Greene..he gave no f'ds Now I have to buy it from a Vape Shoppe..it's shitty..but despite partaking for 42 years, never had a reliable source

I feel the same way, I thought it was just garbage. I have my medical card in Pennsylvania. We have had a thca shop here for years but I wouldn't try it. The thca shop Is 20 miles closer than the real medical dispensary. I'm thinking the same thing that I'm wasting my gas. I used to drive to the Seneca reservation in New York for my weed so I got a medical card to save the 2 hour trip, when I think now I could have just gone to the thca shop this whole time. I'm gonna try it.

Good stuff, Luc. When I worked in the hemp industry, we would get our hemp tested for cannabinoid levels. The numbers we kept close eye on were CBD, CBDa, THC, and THCa. Most of the time, CBD and THC levels were basically non-existent (makes sense) and CBDa and THCa were at normal levels. That's when I first learned about decarboxylation and "Total THC and Total CBD"

Get some synthetic urine next time. Long as u keep it body temperature it worked for me dozens of times. Urineluck is a good one, your local head shop/vape shop should sell it but ask for "sterile fetish urine" don't tell them ur tryna beat a test, they know but it's bad etiquette to ask for it like that.

I've had 2 neck surgeries in the last 7 years and constant pinched sciatic nerve on both legs. Never asked for a pain pill at all. Been through all the shots given through the orthopedic therapy. CBD helps so much. Yet all this is really about is making sure someone cannot buy more than 2 Gummies at a time in one package.... 2 gummies are nothing, but they will say we are addicts if we want more than 2 gummies for $40.... And who wants to buy 2 50mg gummies for 40.

Why not just end prohibition it the plant and be done with it? The laws are needless. Make it the same laws as beer and tobacco.

I’m fairly conservative nowadays, but the Bible Belt is ridiculous. If they could outlaw dancing they would.

All of the thca product that I have seen is blatantly pgr bud 😢 shits awful! I’m from/in Nebraska as well…this is one thing I’ve never understood why they keep rejecting the weed bills even for the industrial weed….we wouldn’t have any debt or financial issues if they’d just legalize the use and production of industrial hemp/weed….Nebraska already has wild ditch weed growing everywhere! It would be our too grown crop here if they’d let us….u can’t even get high off of help so why on earth is hemp illegal? Oh yeah…the big lumber and oil corps lobbying to keep it illegal so they can monopolize the industry when they do legalize it….it’s bs how the political class can hoard the opportunities and have all the say in whole gets to get their foot into the industry and all the rest of us have to watch it happen

I worked for a shop that sold CBD hemp flower and allowed the consumption of hemp flower in the shop between 2018-2020. I told the owner of the company in early 2020 about Delta 8, THCa, THCv, and Delta 10 and he replied by telling me "it was just a fad and it'll get him in trouble." Now you can buy THCa and Delta 8 in every gas station and his CBD flower shop is closed.

I have been smoking thca flower in NC from WNC CBD out of Asheville NC and it is amazing and cheaper than the street amd some smokes and looks better. People are waking up to the fact all yhe bud from dispensaries is only one percent thc delta 9 and all the rest is thca that is converted when heated between 180-290 degrees fh.
