A FATHER!!!! A leader!!! That’s what I’m talking about. He got his son together and he didn’t call him out if his name or curse him. He just simply demanded respect. He didn’t disrespect his son, even though he felt disrespected. He school him and reminded him who the man of the house is.

@@lincas8976 No it's called learning from other people who have been on this earth longer with more experience. Many women have a bad habit of interrupting the father when he's disciplining the child. Not hurting the child but disciplining then complain if the dad does not get involved at all. Being a "follower" is not the same as learning from older and wiser people. I think you're smart enough to know that.

As a millennial, I agree with his father. Cursing has become so common in our culture to the point where anyone can say the "b" word on tv, and the other profane words are barely blocked out so you have no choice but to finish the curse word in your head. The perversity of our culture is the reason why I do not own a television. I don't like cursing, yet, it is hard to avoid even browsing through the internet, watching videos, and reading comments. It is nice to see that his father is not allowing the camera and view ship to be an excuse for his son to behave in this manner. Another thing to consider is the people who film feed off drama. It's what they want to see. Believers who are being filmed have to stay prayed up so their carnal natures do not take over--hence giving the film crew what they want: drama. In the case of the argument, I think both of them have a point. Today, a hit is a hit.People's response to the song takes precedent over who produced it. On the other hand, her father is right. Getting a good producer on the song increases her chances of success and recognition. I did find it a bit odd that she is experiencing the same challenges as those who sing worldly songs. If she is led by the Holy Spirit to write a song, she should not be concerned with view-ship nor whether or not the producer is well recognized because God will do the rest of the work. A lot of Spirit filled songs do not have big-name producers attached to them. She is already well-known in the gospel community. Producers should be wanting her name on their song, not the other way around. I'm sure if she goes deeper in the Lord, she will find the answer.
