It obvious this entrepreneur wanted a partnership at any cost. Entrepreneurs in the US would have rejected such a greedy offer from the Sharks.

Glad he got a deal. A good counter offer would be 40% equity with the $2 royalty only applying to each $70 bundle sold, until the $150,000 is recouped. Better yet, a $1.75 royalty on the bundles could stifle his growth a bit less

2 is a bit high yeah equity is also veryy high asking 45 and a royalty he would make the royaltyking jealous😂

Outrageous valuations that cannot be intelligently defended are ridiculous. I'm glad he got a deal.

If he reqlly wanted the shark over the money then he shouldnt have came in with a million $ evaluation. He should have came in looking for 50k for like 15% or so. He has 23k in sales. His whole business is prolly worth like 400k max rn. And Since this market is one of the worst and most competitive in the world and with the evaluation i wouldnt touch this at all. Great guy bad company and evaluation. Even at 40% and 2$ royalty

This guy looks like someone on the US version selling a food product made out of seaweed some years ago. Smooth talker, I think he had said he was from the Bahamas, I think Kevin Hart invested

Yes,he got the deal with mark and Kevin invested in his product,I thought he was the same person until I recognize that he just look like him even when smile or talk or even looking ohhhhhh my GOD just like him 😂

Evaluation wasn't that crazy, because he knew he'd prob take half of that. Which would put it at 500k

That entrepreneur should be the last person to succumb to using the expression, "To be honest with you". I think he's cool in the integrity department. Good dude.
