My God!this is an as amazing movie as hell.. probably the best example of the proverb old is gold. magnificent content.. magnificent acting.. wicked mother got her deservings.she treated her alive son like a monster for her dead child.guys watch it.totally recommended!

This is what I call a horror movie, but not like too many of the ones nowadays at the theater. This is one of the very few good horror movie. A classic one... I would say. Thank you!

Maurice is such a good boy. Mother is a psychopath, too obsessed with a dead son while disregarding the other sons existence... shes not a mother, shes a lunatic.....

Excellent psychological horror movie Beth Winslet should be seen more. I thought she looked familiar. She was very good in this film. The boy shone. He was excellent.

I like this type of movie; more psychological, no blood/gore, no sex.

Maurice is a young boy who can connect with the dead -his twin brother, Jacques, who was killed at birth. But Jacques does not want to return to the living: he wants his parents to join him in the afterlife. It's about a young boy whose brother died while being delivered. His mother has a hard time coping and is sometimes cruel with her surviving son. The father is not in the picture. Other children in this town are dying of disease. Diseases that are eradicated today, and so the time period seemed to be in the 30's or 40's. The boy is able to conjure up his dead brother and speak to him. At first no one knows this. His teachers observe marks in him and think his mother may be physically abusing him. That's enough of the story to give you an idea of what you're getting into.

The bunny scenes was so heartbreaking. That's not the way you teach your kid.

An insecure and sadistic mother displaying clearly narcissistic behavioral traits finally gets owned. Maurice was "the adult in the room". What a great little actor! Nice ending!!!

Horror used to be great and the genre has been raped by movies whos principles are based on gruesome murder, need a new genre called gore or 'border snuff' or the like for the Ferals to enjoy.. Perfect example, the shit house movies like 'wrong turn' a movie that revolves soley on brutal death.. killing in the most twisted and sadistic way, tainting the horror genre with neanderthal entertainment... P.S: ive watched all the wrong turns.. what a sad shit hole of a society we live in when one calls that trash great.. if that IS your prefered movie choice your a borderline sociopath who should seek psychiatric help...

That mother looks stubborn, a fear of losing loved ones always causes an unexplainable insecurity and it was well depicted in his mother character. Scenery and location chosen was very apt to the story line. A horror movie must not be having a while gowned lose hair ghost always. This one is a classic flick explains how dimensional can horror movie be. The little one acted the best. He was firm and crisp. His acting made many modern horror movie actors taste lame further. Modern movies which thought an horror movie should have some beautiful chicks, smooches and a house of evil where these younger one end up with a day out should watch this movie once. Thanks for uploading.

Kings of Horror PLEASE bring a lot more like these that actually have a story and don’t want so much blood, guts and gore! That stuff honestly just makes me roll my eyes but this has you using your noggen and following an actual story! See this old duck still loves to get spooked but have kinda ‘been there, done that’ with the bloody ones. There’s only so many ways you can slice and dice a person ‘till you just start tuning out! The first time I watched this movie it was boring and drawn out. I had no patience. However, this second time around, I get the plot; a grieving mother who couldn't let go of a lost child, and took all her grief out on her living son. Wow! I believe this plot is all too real.

Rachel Pelky/Cooper o hi by your run Co you can Stockport to use your service or the way of your body is a bit more of an older one to be a little too far from my side and my heart and mind is not being used in this program and it will help me out if we are still planning for this year so far so great for me in your opinion of a way that I would like it if I had it and we had to get a few people to come out to work on it at all but I'm not going anywhere on it and I'm sure that it would have been the only thing to be assumed is that it will take you a few days for you guys and we will have the same effect and what you have done is the scarlet for you guys for this position to make the most sense of your choice is a great idea and will not have any problems or anything else you may want with your phone and the other side is to have to go through a lot more to

Yes, you make perfect sense. This one did not have to rely on the obvious so much. The lady in black was a wonder - eyes that never smiled - she was a horror all on her own. Can just see her doing Lady Macbeth; now that would be something to see. Thank you very much K. of H. Cheers.

In that time kids did wear shorts just how it was. Brilliant really enjoyed this, subtle not slasher which is so refreshing.

The Shadow Within tells the tale of a boy with the ability to communicate with the other side including his recently deceased brother.

Worth the watch! Scary and creepy with good acting and scenes that are memorable.

Good movie, even though a little slow at beginning. I like that it is almost like the story of the frog in the water, not much at first, but slowly builds up.

If you are going to use a white cloth or fiber to make snow...you have to be sure it lays flat as snow does not curl up on the edges
