Wow the Shadow is in straight grudge beast mode, The Executioner left first and still got gap, way to go Stevie! Man that Ford and Blown Mopar combination will be hard to beat on any day. Make me wanna build a Blown Mopar Hemi!

He is a Bad ass tuner . I remember when he run nitrous he ruled it with an iron fist also. but knew forced induction was the way of the future. He started into it and made great power. But the blocks kept splitting. The year he set those three World Records he busted 6 or 7 blocks. But now he had Sponsor money an soon figured it out as well. we were testing one nite with him and that car just kept spinning. He said Damn Tom I just took 800 HP out on that run and 450 from the 1st pass and it's still spinning. I'm like WOW !! 800 HP, lot'a guys work their ass off for that !! And I said well what does it make wide open ?...he said 3140 at the time.....this was in like 08. But racing is his LIFE !! And he has worked his ass off for what he has and accomplished .Jackson SC gets pretty wild in the staging lanes sometimes. Tony bynes and Chris Tuten and many more would be arguing/negotiating a race. And one might say i'll give you the back tire and the break . And Steven would say Hell i'll give You that. And they would just IGNORE HIM like they didn't hear him. LMAO.. because they didn't won't those problems.....We would just stand there and laugh . Steven just be shaking his head grinning.

That was a nice event,saw some badass rides

it's just flat out impressive how fast that shisow really is , it's easy to go fast in an altered wheelbase promod with giant wings and splitters , not everyone can take a fox body and be that fast without wheelbase alterations and giant wings , the shadow looks mostly stock body wise and that's why I love it even more

Yeah Steven has come a long way in the last 12 years. He started out with a s-10 . I remember he got beat like 2 times that Thursday nite and again sat nite. He smiled and said to one of the guys there. When I come back y'all won't do nothing with me !!...stayed out for like 6 months and when he came back. Well the rest is history. Went on to drive in NHRA and still does. He's done it all, and started out just him and his Dad playing at Jackson S.C. with the rest of us. Proud for him these days.

good video work....it would be better if they ran 1/4mile on a 1/4mile track & saved 660ft racing for 1/8th mile tracks.

I agree , I want to see 1/4 mile prepped or 1/4 mile no prep , their was a 1/4 mile no prep in Tulsa OK recently, we'll the big tire class was quarter mile small tire wad eighth mile , n e ways it was sick , see in 1/8th mile prepped or no prep with cars this powerful if u make a mistake the other car is gone, in quarter mile theirs double the space to make up for a screw up and to me quarter mile is much more entertaining, a lot of these guys don't like running quarter cause it's harder on the cars , a quarter is 2 eighth mile passes but for me I don't care I will run the piss out of my car on a quarter mile track

+Michael Montoya I gotcha , just tired of seeing 1/8th mile racing on 1/4mile tracks....it's why my pops & I don't go to the track anymore.....we may go to NHRA @ maplegrove this October

Michael the shadow may look stock to the eye but not by a far! No way you gonna handle his power and lay down 193 mph passes on stock anything...now the front suspension is the only thing stock on it the rest of the car is pro mod based...backhalf! BBC! Screwblower ect ect ect

How does it look stock? also, its just stock location front suspension nothing really stock about it, and its a dodge motor...
