Nah, cause the FACT Jyushimatsu felt like what his younger self needed to have direction in the future was a good laugh kills me. Something tells me he really needed someone to do that for him when he was younger. Maybe that’s why he always so cheerful in the future and why he always looks out for Ichimatsu and Homura and basically the rest of his brothers in the same way. I’m offering hypotheticals now, but maybe the delinquent persona was a bit more than trying to stand out from his brothers and also sort of a cry for help? His smiley self was still always underneath, but even outwardly positive people need their reassurance, for someone to go out of their way to get them to laugh. Yeah, live, love, Jyushimatsu.
