Fingersmith sex scenes were definitely better but as a film overall, handmaiden most definitely was the best! Handmaiden was stunning, gorgeous and very beautiful. Plus the story was much sleeker, cooler. Fingersmith was kinda all over the place at times. Handmaiden was very clear.. in 3 epic parts. ❤

The sexual tension conveyed by the scenes in Bound and in Below her mouth is unparalleled, although I found pretty hot also the scenes in Desert hearts and in Portait of a lady on fire, but because of the intensity of the two leading actresses, they could convey all the passion that they were feeling just through their glances… the scene in Wild things was maybe one the hottest one, but too brief to really mean anything… My mentions of honor of movies not included in your video, for the steamy feeling: The world to come and The glass room.

I really, really disliked Anne+ almost as much as Blue Is The Warmest Color, Bound 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠THE BEST.

I once tried to watch “Below Her Mouth” but it was sooooooo boring for me…😅 Don’t think I even watched it until the end haha But I know many many girls actually like this film!

Dear lord, I cringed with Blue is the warmest color. It made me physically uncomfortable to watch it...eventually gave up with the sex scene and never finished it, had to turn it off. After hearing how it was shot and how the actresses were treated during these scenes, made it even worse...As for Benedetta....if you go in expecting the sacrilege....it's pretty hot 😂 Being a fellow millenial...BOUND!!!!!! 100% and Better than chocolate...shaped my young adulthood for sure. Below her mouth, if it was on VHS I would have worn the tape by now. Check out the writer and director, much respect on why the created this movie and how it was shot!!

I’ve got a copy of Cynara on VHS I haven’t watched for 20 years. I’m happy to wait another 20 years before having to watch it again 😆 Bound and Desert Hearts are terrific though. 🥰 And Laura Harring’s breasts in Mulholland Drive deserve a separate mention.

KIss Me (swedish, based on true story of director& her lover, who appears as a supporting cast member); I Can't Think Straight (Brit English, southeast asian women/middle eastern OMG beautiful actresses -- Shamim Sarif the director does a cameo, also based on true story of her & her lover/wife who also does a cameo). Can't fathom why these films aren't included dear Evelyn. Maybe they're more romantic/sexy than explicit/sexy? and there's of course A Perfect Ending by Nicole and When Night is Falling by Patricia Rozema. hated blue is the warmest color: totally part of the male fantasy/male gaze porno end of the continuum. bleh.

I'm so gratified to see someone say this. The original novel was SO much better. Helen Shaver did a lot with what she she was given, but that movie just butchered all the characters and much of the story. Also, I'll never forget seeing it in the theater when it first came out -- a bunch of older dykes were sitting behind me & my GF, and at the end of the main sex scene, when I'm thinking "I didn't see any way that action would have made that woman come" one of the old dykes behind us says, loudly, "How the hell did she come?!" 😂
