The Seven Towers of Satan: Iraq's Lovecraftian Horror

#mysteriousmiddleeast #mesopotamia #hauntedstories #ancienthistory #orientalism
Is Iraq and the rest of the Mesopotamian region haunted? If so, then by what? And how is it connected to one of the country's oldest Kurdish communities? In the early 1900s, the french Sufi philosopher Abdul Wahid Yahya, believed that he discovered a metaphysical secret that governed the entire planet and the lives of everyone on it. Known as the Towers of Satan, could this theory explain why this part of the Middle East is paranormal?

The creature mentioned at the beginning is called طنطل "Tantal" which loosely translates to "the tall one" in Iraq It's believed to be a kind of Jinn creatures It's a creature in its original form may reach a hundred meters in height with thin limbs (much like slender man) but it can take other forms like animal form (mostly black goat or cat) and an in between form of a human with goat legs Most Iraqis know the unending stories of Tantal from their grandparents Creepy stories that is

Served in the US Army as a Infantryman during surge in Iraq 06-07 and got out in December of 08. Iraq is a beautiful country ! It can be a desert wasteland or a tropical paradise along the Euphrates or at least back then . Now the Euphrates is drying up. I served with a dude that was at the Al Haditha dam and he said it was crazy as hell. He said that he seen Iraqis commit suicide because they were scared to death to go down into the holding cells . They would say the jinn would torment them and drive them mad day and night. He said at night you would hear crazy screams and a weird language that would seem to come from the bottom of the damn. All the death that has happened in that country along with Iraq being the oldest settlement on Earth. The truth is stranger that fiction for sure !!

While you never saw or had one of these encounters yourself, knowing that people preferred death over what they feared, and believe to be 100%, is truly scary. Thanks for giving this account, man. And thanks for taking up the fight and serving. I will never forget the men and women who put themselves on the line for our freedom.

I knew this guy who was in Iraq. He was in the military, and one day he was in a helicopter going some where. The were in the middle of no where and they seen this guy down on the ground. This location was miles from anywhere, and to see some alone was odd. To be traveling on foot, a person would die before they could get to water. The flew down closer to get a look. The man was in traditional clothing, which was rare. He seemed to be moving quickly. What was odd, was he kept moving and didn't stop to look at the helicopter a few hundred feet away. Secondly, the man's legs were bent backwards, and seemed to jecking around quickly like something was wrong. Some said, "The heat near the ground distorts the light. That's what it must have been." The guy said, "No. We were only a few hundred feet away. We were blow dust past him and we could see the ground at his feet. That was all normal." The third odd thing was, this man on the ground and he seemed to be walking (strangely) but he wasn't going anywhere. He was fixed at that point. They were discusing what to do, and the guy never traveled an inch. One guy said land, I want to check this out. The guy flying said, "F that. We are leaving, and pretending we didn't see anything.."

I was in Iraq during the invasion, USMC infantry, all I saw was war. Violence, tragedy that ranged from sadness and despair to being beyond tired becoming mindless. People moving about without cause or purpose but only for self preservation. It was a literal "same shit different place" environment for weeks. It was joked/laughed at the idea we were the product of a horseman burning and destroying everything in our wake unknowingly doing so. I saw people of various faiths praying much more often and harder than usual. I saw a lot of evil, I saw a lot of good but it was only of human natures on all sides. We smashed through Nasiriyah, at that point we were part of task force tarawa, I encourage the ignorant to look this up. The nas was biblical which I knew nothing of before the war but that changed during. The nas is a place believed to exist upon the gardens of eden itself. Where the tigris and euphrates meet. To me, it was a major stronghold of where the fedayeen soldiers were posted and had every single intention of stopping us there. It was bloody and terrible for living person there. It started making me aware of the fact I, even in the unfortunate circumstances of why I was there, that I was walking upon the cradle of life itself. Later on after things settled and the war was officially over and we were moving towards the occupation side of things, we got sent to protect ancient historical sites and preservation of these types of things. I was sent to Babylon, and I felt both excited, terrified, burdens but free. Wind would blow in random spots but nowhere else around this place. At night our naked eyes would see very odd things I cant describe but nothing was there through night vision or in other cases be opposite of that. I had disposable cameras and took a lot of footage of there, none of the unexplained sights appeared in them. All I have is a terrible reminder of the awful things the human race does to one another buried beneath my bed. I woke up very early this morning for an unexplained reason, I made coffee and was intending on watching some wood working videos and this hit my feed first. These things happen for a reason. No matter your faith ladies and gents, get right with yourselves, we don't know for sure what is after.

I teach in Saudi Arabia and for how ‘conservative’ they appear to be it is incredible when you get to know some of the students well, especially more wealthy students whose families have large holdings or influence in more rural areas, how willing they are to share stories like this, usually from ‘grandmothers’ etc. You can tell that often they are just legends or tales from different areas but I have heard stories of Djinns, Ghouls and other weirder cryptid like creatures as well as one elderly student of mine who seems like such a serious guy who swears to actually seeing a Djinn face to face when he was young hiking in Afghanistan (which he ran away from in terror!)

My mothers uncle once told me a story from his youth. This was back when some villages in our country (Turkey) didnt have public lighting posts to light the roads during night time. He said on a windy, moonlit night he was going to his home at the village, coming up from the city where he worked. Halfway through the journey he encountered a djinn. He said the creature was standing at the top of a tree and wawing his hands towards him, as if it was calling him to its side. My mothers uncle was afraid to go forward, he thought about running back to the city, because in order to reach home he had to pass by the tree the djinn was standing on. But he said , he also thought that if he ran the djinn would surely catch him. At that moment he gathered his courage and moved towards the tree and upon closer inspection realized that it was just a bag that somehow got stuck on the tree. It was wawing with the wind and the moonlight was giving it its eerie appearance. The old man said this to me "You know boy, if i were to run away that day, i would still be telling people about my encounter with an actual djinn". While i do belive that there are still mysteries within our world, i also think most of the stories about supernatural things are caused by misunderstandings like the story above.

A man that serves his country by his heart is a good man, regardless of the function of those that order him. Pay no heed to those that would not for theirs, yet judge those that do. I believe that when a soul lives in a place, the past of that life is still there. This can actually be considered in quantum physics with the quantum field, as time had occurred where life has passed, it is still there, as the past, now and the future are as one in all places. To find a spirit, one nee only go where it was, a piece of it in time is still there. Places like the Middle East have seen so many lives pass through them. Imagine a whole life like a string laying across the land time and time again, more lives crossing as layers of string criss cross as they came and went annow have gone, but they remain. You may have just been feeling some of the souls whole in a heightened sense of protecting your own by the accute awareness of life and death around you. This, I feel also explains the feeling of being in nature where no man has been before, there are no 'strings of life to cross, only the pure souls of the animals that lived in harmony with the earth. So a feeling of oneness comes from their lives to ours as we cross their time past with our travels in that space. Living on land as I do with no humans save very few that cut some trees, and having lived in cities, farms, countries far and wide, I too feel the lives that were. From the Parthanon to the Tokyo and around, it is a the same my friend. Our lived souls polute this earth too. I am happy to be alone as I walk. I walked for an couple hours today... nothing but trees and signs of life having passed my way. Pausing to talk to the trees, the mushrooms, and the future, I am here to protect them, so when those walk across my land in the future, they will feel a good spirit. Of love for all, now, and the then to come. If I may suggest to you brother. Find a forest. Feel the calm of lives not torn by time and human purpose. You will be alone and find you again, without the strings of lives tangled around you. All the best. Be well.

I am from a post soviet republic in central Asia n its interesting that soviet veterans of afghan war tell stories about supernatural stuff that happened to them in Afghanistan. They saw giants who attacked them, they saw very tall n slender, shadowlike people with high turbans n very long swords attacking them, killing them n these creatures appeared out of nowhere n dissolved in the air as well, also there were sufis ( saints) who put some sand in their palms n blew that sand towards soviet soldiers saying prayers n after that those soldiers flesh started rotting. Also many veterans after returning home claimed that some ghosts or spirits from Afghanistan haunted them back home n went crazy or committed suicides. Why its interesting is cause american veterans of afghan n iraqi wars tell the same stories. People from different cultures, from different time periods tell the same creepy stories. I have a friend from Britain. His brother was in Afghanistan twice in 2005-2008 n he told me a lot of supernatural stories. He converted to islam ultimately, he says that his whole worldview collapsed after his deployments. He told that one day his team or squad i dont know exactly were patrolling the mountains n he started hearing some enchanting rhymes in his head, they were v beautiful n pacifying but when he asked his fellows if they heard anything they said no. It was in his head n he told this to an afghani soldier who cooperated with them n he memorised some words from that rhyme n he was really shocked when afghani said that those were verses from Quran. That episode in particular affected him

I have encountered Djinn only once, In the woods. They are not uncommon, and can be found anywhere. They are more common in ruins where people *used* to live, as Djinn tend to prefer the mystique that complements the spell that they often hold over the unfortunate souls that make bargains with such devilish spirits. I say *devilish* Djinn are not demons, one can safely life in a ruin near a Djinn, and be unharmed, however, they *will* haunt you, not like ghosts, as with Djinn it's more of a harassment, they will not come inside unless invited specifically, so they are not like Demon's which have no notion of inside or outside, beyond their relation to the physical realm. Guardian Angels have this notion, because Guardians naturally are consistently bound to a host vessel, or a human, and are thus familiar with the flesh. Demons can sometimes go centuries or millennia between possessions, so their notion of the flesh is limited, they dwell solely beneath the waters of the firmament, and can manifest anywhere that is not protected by God. Djinn, can be dangerous if outside at night, alone. But the danger is limited depending, Djinn do shirk from light, so a flashlight is often a useful tool, flames can be tricky, because Djinn have been known to use wind to snuff lantern flames. At the end of the day, however, Djinn are only truly dangerous to those who *choose* to get on their level, all of the aforementioned tactics are just subtle tricks that Djinn use to terrorize or invoke fear, they often then put a bubbly sort of spell on someone, usually whilst undermining faith in God. They will follow this often with an offer for a Faustian pact. These pacts are often terrible, and grave misfortune almost universally befalls those who make them. Cancer, Families ripped apart, death, automobile accidents from clearly deranged animals, you are talking a full-blown spiritual sickness surrounding the one who made the pact, a sickness that affects everything in his vicinity. But Djinn are not demons, thus they do not *possess* the person, but they will target everything around him. But remember, its all just smoke and mirrors, the threat of Djinn is real, and again, they *can* cause harm through their influence on objects such as precarious rocks which might fall on you, or wild animals, i.e. they might promise a pack alpha of a wolf clan some boon if they rip this human to shreds, but again, most animals are no fools, and the wolves will likely shirk from the evil spirit with a disgusted disdain (and leave you alone with a snort, but remember, they *will* attack you if you think the Djinn is setting you up, because the wolves know that you are obviously cruising for a bruising, the Djinn will also likely tempt you once the wolf refuses, but as long as you rebuke him the wolves will leave you alone). To be haunted by a ghost is serious. As ghosts can cause damage to property, causing lamps to fall and such. Demons only cause harm to souls that are in a state of weakness, I will refrain from saying impurity, as demonic possession can happen to otherwise clean souls... if they are caught in a state of weakness. There is nothing wrong with being temporarily weak of the spirit, in terms of the Holy Ghost, this is why we call them Demons, however, absent a constant sense of vigilance against them, i.e. a prayer at the first subtle sign, one *will* be oppressed. I am not saying one cannot love their wife, i.e. but something subtle like a sign of God on the wall can provide a subtle protection against them (I.e. do not remove it during spousal activities, just accept that one is human, and God understands). If the person is guilty of adultery however, they might be under the protection of a guardian, but they are still in a higher risk category for such a horrific condition, though the guardian will likely run them through, but if a guardian does it, the symptoms are completely different from demonic oppression, as the guardian will readily reveal himself to religious leaders as a protector. if they remove the symbol of God, they are guilty of inviting the Devil... Boom. Even with the protective symbol, Satan can cause it to fall of the wall if the host target is caught in a state of blatant or apparent impurity of the soul, but for such an extreme Demonic manifestation to happen, the target vessel has to be readily open to Evil manifestation. Demonic Oppression is more like a sickness, but if the target vessel resists, or accepts one of the host of an Angel of God, he will be cured without need for an exorcism, but this process can take years. Full blown demonic oppression truly is horrific, but it often takes years to reach fruition. And remember, the symptoms only become apparent when the afflicted is by himself... Demons are deceptive by nature. Again, out in nature one is unlikely to encounter D jinn, save for near caves or in ruins (which can be found in abundance in some remote places), where they dwell readily. But in the midst of nature itself, if you are not dealing with the guardian angels of nature, then you are probably dealing with Demons. Demon's can manifest anywhere, and have no preference per-say, but they are more likely to be encountered, at least by clean souls, out in nature, where one's psychology might be more given to lapses of fear or an inclination to hysteria. (you will be overcome by a sudden sense of silence, the birds will stop chirping, and your instinct will tell you to run, if the threat is demonic alone, then running is of no purpose, only prayer will help, but beware, as the lurking fear might also be a warning sign of a physical threat in the bush (one that the demon is taking advantage of, like a serial killer). Birds will also respond this way to Djinn, but the silence is by no means sudden, the birds will give some obvious warning of someone approaching that they know better then to think is setting them up (they will show you their evil eye, and then motion to the source of the disturbance), the silence then is more gradual, and the fear more subtle, more akin to a foreboding, your instinct will tell you not to run, but to tread carefully. In the case of more powerful evil spirits, the silence is sudden and terror striking.

Those things appear just as a sandstorm was rolling in at about 0100am. We were using FLIR's and they were not giving off a heat signature. We could of lit them up but our chain of command would not let us engage. When we were rotated out, we had to sign NDA's. I don't know who leaked this, but someone busted their NDA...

I appreciate your work Mysterious Middle East. I am a Chrstian pastor in Wisconsin, US. Your presentations are thought provoking and interresting. In connection to what you shared in this presentqtion, I also hold to a supernatural world view (Genesis 6:2-4, Deuteronomy 32:8-9, Psalm 82:1-8, 1 Kings 22:19-22, Daniel 4:17, Job 15:15, to list some of the relevant texts). From the Scriptures, I see evidence that very powerful supernatural beings (hebrew bene 'ha’elohim' means “sons of God”), who formed the council of holy ones (Psalm 89:7), were set over spesific teritories, but rebeled. These powerful entities (ploral of elohim, at times translated 'gods') are very differnt than the One True Creator God. They held power over nations until the Messiah came and took all their authority, power, and dominion. Yet, these adversarial supernatural entities maintain their reign over areas until they are apposed in the One Name by which all are saved. These entities are different than demons/djinns, in that they have no 'unclean mix' origins (spirit of the Rephaim). I know this might be very different that your own understanding but I thought I'd share. Thank you for your posts.

I don’t understand why y’all don’t see that if it weren’t for God none of this would have happened. Even in here in your writings. Until God does something. He was always the one in “charge”. As satan can never do anything without the approval of God. So y’all are just playing along with what God wants. I tend to want to be by-myself to live my life without someone or something telling me how I should unless I am actively hurting something or preparing for its destruction later down the road. Then I would understand. Natural consequences. nothing is natural about something forcing you to be somewhere.

The Yazidi, like pagans and witches, are not evil people and we do well to remember that. The Scriptures advise us: “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;” ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭6‬:‭10‬-‭18‬ ‭KJV‬‬ bible.com/bible/1/eph.6.10-18.KJV Our fight is NOT against people. It is against the unseen rulers who exist in the world to create evil. There is one person who comes to mind when towers are mentioned: NIMROD. Nimrod was the builder and architect of the Tower of Babel, and God condemned it. He was also a Nephilim. If other towers were also built, it doesn’t surprise me at all. We should all take heed to remember where the real evil exists and it is NOT human beings. Regardless of your faith tradition, we do well to remember the Truth. As for Lovecraft, he was obsessed with the occult, witchcraft, ghosts, spiritualism, etc. He may have claimed his works were only fiction but I believe he did this so he could publish occult literature and grimoires without being censored.

One of the best yet. No word of a lie I believe I encountered one of these creatures in a dream recently... It was sudden. I found myself standing on a dirt road near a wooded area at night. it actually appeared to be somewhere in the middle east and not a western setting like where I am from. This dark humanoid being wearing a grey hoodie with very long limbs stood there like a deer in head lights as it was crossing the road. It stared at me in what appeared to be shock then proceeded to run from me. Incredibly long strides and bounds. For some reason I felt compelled to chase it. The dream quickly changed or I woke up. My reaction was so severe I fell out of bed and screamed at the top of my lungs, but the thing is I couldn't stop myself from screaming, until my husband ran in and I physically grabbed his calfs (as I was still on the floor on my back paralysed) and after about another 20seconds of this I got up yelling there's a man in the house and bolted outside. This is the 4th time something so severe has happened, usually I just scream and someone will come in and wake me and it's over. It happens the same time and the last 2 times there has been a sickly sweet smell that is foul. I'm now starting to wonder if It just stress coming out or is there something else happening? The screaming dreams have lasted about 15yrs but the ones with men and old lady's standing over me or levitating above my face have been last couple yrs, the last one being 2nights ago.

They appear frequently in association with intelligent plasma orbs seen in remote places and include terrifying emaciated 'Rake' beings and humanoid creatures with the heads of dogs or wolves, in history referred to as 'Cyanocephaloids'. The Djinn are 'born of smokeless fire' - this very possibly being the plasma floating bodies that emanate from moorland, rock quarries, reservoirs, forests and mountains. I've also related the 7 kings in the bible to be the 7 continents, which there are today, and that the 8th continent, or king as described in the bible will be of the 7th. Which means that the new 8th continent will be a part of the 7th. There is much talk & evidence of Zealandia rising again, which would add it to Australia. Zealandia is a sunken continent that has risen and sunken many times, due to volcanic action, and only the tip is visible today, New Zealand. But there is a much larger part of New Zealand just under the surface. Zealandia. With all the earthquakes New Zealand has, 72 in one day recently, it will cause volcanic action which will raise the sunken parts of Zealandia to become a continent again, and as half of the New Zealand tectonic plate is slipping under the Australian tectonic plate, it will be OF Australia as well as it's own continent.

Lovecraft's role in this sounds like it's being exaggerated here: Lovecraft generally ran on things he found in encyclopaedias, history and folklore books, scientific/pseudo-scientific magazines, and other second- or third-hand sources that caught his eye, and he would just give this stuff a little extra gothic horror and weird fiction spin on top of anything it already had. When "The Horror at Red Hook" was written, Lovecraft had been living in New York for a time, after his small cheap slum apartment was robbed, leaving Lovecraft disillusioned with his "multicultural" New York surroundings and neighbors. He'd also discovered the cult of Theosophiy at this time in his life by way of some of the countless books and tracts produced by Theosophists in New York and elsewhere, and - though a skeptical materialist with absolutely no real occult leanings - had been impressed by the imagination that went into a lot of Theosophical beliefs, and worked a lot of the concepts into his story, with the usual gothic/weird spin. The Yezidi "devil cult" thing sounds a lot like the sort of thing Lovecraft might have gotten from Theosophical sources - the likes of Aleister Crowley and Helena Blavatsky seem to have touched on the subject and it's not impossible that some of the zillions of Theosophical tracts out there might have picked up on the same theme. It's also possible that Lovecraft might have absorbed it from some account in a travelogue, history, or science/pseudo-science journal of his day - it certainly sounds like the lurid sort of thing that would have played well to audiences interested in the exciting and vaguely sinister developments in Egyptology and other archaeological expeditions in Lovecraft's day. But, you probably don't need to look that far: Lovecraft read voraciously from the pulp literature of this day, and the sort of pulp literature Lovecraft was fondof is full of "orientalist" weird horror featuring the Yezidi: Lovecraft's friends/pen-pals E. Hoffman Price and Robert E. Howard touched on the subject, as did the influential pulp travel/adventure author William Seabrook (who specialized in lurid conjectures about places where white men were rarely welcomed into insular local populations, including Kurdistan - Seabrook specifically mentions the towers and devil-worship angle in "Adventures in Arabia" - "Stretching across Asia, from North Manchuria, through Tibet, west through Persia, and ending in the Kurdistan, was a chain of seven towers on isolated mountaintops; and in each one of these towers sat continuously a Priest of Satan, who by 'broadcasting' occult vibrations controlled the destinies of the world for evil."), and Robert W. Chambers (who was a comparatively mainstream author in Lovecraft's day, who wrote some fiction Lovecraft admired, and apparently specifically wrote about the Yezidi tower tall-tale in "The Slayer of Souls", about a globe-spanning cult of Yezidi assassins living in hidden tower strongholds across Asia: "“It was taught to us in the temple that from these eight foci of infection the disease of evil has been spreading throughout the world; from these eight towers have gone forth every year the emissaries of evil-perverted missionaries-to spread the poisonous propaganda, to teach it, to tamper stealthily with the minds of men, dominate them, pervert them, instruct them in the creed of the Assassin of Souls...." Lovecraft could easily have absorbed the basic idea as described in "The Horror of Red Hook" from Seabrook, R.W. Chambers, R.E. Howard, or E. Hoffman Price - most (or maybe all) of whom would have been more influential and well-known in Lovecraft's time - and a long time after his death - than Lovecraft himself. I can't really imagine that Lovecraft did much himself to disseminate the Yezidi "devil cult" idea: it's a one-off reference in one of his less interesting and influential stories, and Lovecraft himself did not mention the towers at all (indeed, Lovecraft says very little about them, other than that - in his story - they were undocumented immigrants from Persia or Asia (specifically, "yellow", "squat", "squinting", and "mongoloid" - which perhaps sounds decidedly non-Kurdish), smuggled into Red Hook and bringing with them a "devil-cult" that Lovecraft describes in vaguely clinical terms that might have been copied from an encyclopaedia: "Suydam, when questioned, said he thought the ritual was some remnant of Nestorian Christianity tinctured with the Shamanism of Thibet. Most of the people, he conjectured, were of Mongoloid stock, originating somewhere in or near Kurdistan-and Malone could not help recalling that Kurdistan is the land of the Yezidis, last survivors of the Persian devil-worshippers. However this may have been, the stir of the Suydam investigation made it certain that these unauthorised newcomers were flooding Red Hook in increasing numbers; entering through some marine conspiracy unreached by revenue officers and harbour police...." As an aside, note the hints of the narrator's doubt or uncertainty in the accuracy of the second-hand accounts of the cultists' origins and connections to the Yezidis: Lovecraft's fiction tends to run on the "unreliable narrator trope", and in this case, the "Yezidis" appear to actually be members of the alien "Cthulhu Cult", which are being confused with actual Yezidis by these characters! We see these characters elsewhere in the fictonal Plateau of Leng, in cannibal "Esquimaux" cults of the Great White North, the swamps of Louisiana in "The Call of Cthulhu", and in the Hollow Earth in stories like "The Mound", where they often seem more likely to have been the remnants of lost antedeluvian civilizations like Atlantis or Lemuria, or even alien beings, than the ethnic tribes and such that the narrators assume them to be! Instead, any larger association today between the Yezidi, "devil cults", and secret towers that "broadcast evil" which might be blamed on Lovecraft instead seem to be connected to the Avon paperback "Simon Necronomicon" available in shopping mall New Age shops across the USA through the '70s, '80s, and '90s, and no doubt still widely available today, which present a dubious mish-mash of traces of August Derleth's take on the "Cthulhu Mythos" inspired by Lovecraft, blended with Aleister Crowley's take on Theosophical mysticism, a horribly butchered take on Sumerian mythology, and standard-issue New Age or "Wiccan" occultism: I'm pretty sure the Yezidi "devil cult" thing and the towers myth was described in in the book's lengthy, sensationalist, and pseudo-scholarly forward and footnotes in more detail than Lovecraft ever gave it! I doubt the local populations in Kurdistan, Iraq, Iran, Turkey, Afghanistan, etc. actually have any influence from or interest in the "Simonomicon", or in Lovecraft, Chambers, Seabrook, RE Howard, or other pulp authors - whatever is going on in that region against the Yezidi is all local, and it sounds like the "devil worship" accusation locally goes back a long long way further than the pulp era; extreme elements in that region have used far more obvious justifications for things like genocide, than pulp literature!

Iraq is former Babylon. All these areas like Irak, Syria and Afghanistan are the Areas near Mt. Hermon where the fallen angels made a pact to mate with human women producing Nephilim Giants. The flood wiped them out because these unholy creations destroyed and devoured mankind but the Bible also hints that there were Giants after the flood. The Genepool of these unholy genealogies survived in some of the inhabitants of these areas until today. Back then the Israelites were forbidden to interbreed with them for that reason. It comes as no surprise that exactly people from that regions where given entry into Europe in a pre - planned Mass migration wave in 2015 for no apparent reason. Masons with access to secret and ancient knowledge exactly knew why it had to be these people to enter Europe and they exactly knew how it would turn out. In Chaos and Violence. Many from that area still inherit a bad gene from ancient times that's why they have a predisposition for ruthlessness & lawlessness and the doctrines of Islam and the false flags which made the Americans enter their lands to destroy it just fuelled the already inherent hate.
