This man will be the next elon musk from Pakistan and billgates will be the child of him He said: "We are not going to do remote work we are very old school, Many tech skills can be tought remotely but the most important thing leaders ship and orher social skills cannnot be thought remotly". First he declare himself as old style but when he tell the motive of doing that, was the good future of Pakistan, he is not limited to making employees from Pakistan he want to make leaders from Pakistan 😍🥰🥰so proud of him😍🇵🇰

@@Iamsocool5 man stop being jelous and appriciate everything pakistan 19's mai hai logical baat hai or yeh jo ab pakistan mai ho raha woh US mai kab ka hochuka but problem pata hai kya hai pakistan ki gov.t facilitate nh karti hai bilkul bhi apko jo karna hai khud karna hai or devsinc se achi companies bhi inka kam bhi US se hee chlta hai or dollars mai hee kamate yeh bhi agar pakistan mai fiver yaan upwork jesa koi app banta hai to problem yeh hogi k 90% uske failiure chances hai because jab tech comany banate ho to app ko apne product ko dunia bhar mai chalana hai and [problem is k pakistani market is fucked up and gov.t to filhaal aisa kuch nh ho sakta and silicon valley mai woh kam ho rahe hai jo pakistani jaan bhi nh sakte yeh apne sahi kaha but rude nh ho dua karo k yeh bhi grow karen

How does this guy expect the world to take him seriously if he talks like this? 1:4 pyramid is too heavy and not in line with general industry practice. “We are old school”, just making a fool of people. Remote leaders concept has been around since 2000 and it works. Travelling is expensive, client want to spend on product not logistics. “We work on everything”, that’s a statement made by people who don’t have a vision, strategy and focus. He just casually throws words like python, AI, Machine learning etc. does not talk about any credible note worthy work they have done. His company is a body shop, a recruitment company who supplied people. I will be surprised if he has more than 100 full time employees on his companies payroll.
