ummm, for some reason my pc just doesnt let me access somethings like rn i cannot access services for the reason being solved in this video. Meaning i cannot even attempt to fix it. When i restart my pc it will work just fine but then like 2 hours later ill try it again and it wont work until i restart, usually i need to be on an app or game for that 2 hours for it to bug.
