I love how you bleeped out where he named the zones y’all were playing in. 😂😂

Hahah I did that kind of as a joke, as the zones are pretty obvious. I try to keep it pretty mellow as far as the exact locations in the runs, but if you know, you know, for most of the spots! Its all ski area skiing so most are quite well know.

*First zone was glory hole, and the gultchs off the west side of Sugarloaf. Then it seems like he said at 5:54 that they were going to check the lines at Castles. and he looks over the other direction which makes sense since castles is to the east of glory hole where they just were. I'm def hitting those zones when i come out there in march. Yall are animals! love the freestyle!!!
Duuuuude! These are THE best ski videos of the winter! Looking forward to every single one of them!

I wore a smile this entire edit!! One of the reasons Alta is tops on my list is the natural hits are everywhere....such a FUN mountain! The 5 on 3 or 5? off attempt was awesome.

Man I need to ride with you guys to these fun routes! Sadly though I’m a snowboarder so I can’t go to Alta. Snowbird is my only little cottonwood resort

That’s interesting to hear. I’m always curious to how much content to put in and have thought about adding more background/chatter about what the days like what’s going on, I try to put in all the funny/interesting information that we chat about because I think that’s pretty compelling but also try to keep it fairly action oriented, thanks for the feedback and let me know when you say longer what you’d be interested in seeing.

Honestly just more action. I appreciate that you keep the chatter to a minimum. The amount of information you give is just right. I mean we all know why we’re here and it’s for the righteous skiing. Keep it up.

@@sagePerspective Agreed that I'd love for them to be longer, but besides more laps, I don't know what you'd add. I love the chatter, but you have a perfect balance IMO right now.
second zone has to be Rock n Roll or Big dipper zone off east of supreme lift. nice runs

Sage. Do you typically ski the 110s? Do you find that they are a good all mountain ski? Center Mounted? Sorry, that's a lot of questions but am curious about the gear. Thanks

I ski them a lot, they are awesome for all mt. I ski them in the longer version, and I mount it on the Rec. line or 1 cm behind , its not true center but its pretty forward. In this Video Im on a new ski the Maverick 105 cti, awesome all mt ski but more directional than the 110.

I see a lot of videos with "pro skiers" these days. Does that mean they make a full living skiing or they get free skis and pound nails in the summer to actually make a living? I remember riding the shuttle bus at Squaw Valley, driven by Scot Schmidt. The only pros were the ski patrol and instructors, and some guys made a few bucks on the pro mogul tour.

Yes, it’s definitely a spectrum. And no clear definition being a pro skier means something different each person almost, a lot are sustaining a lifestyle, getting free gear, going on trips, but still have side jobs. Some are making it happen full-time depending on what their lifestyle and needs are.
