If you have a 10k usd account you think making 2% per trade is gonna make you a comfortable cash inflow. You need to take a risk mate. $200 per winning position with losses accounted for here and there is NOT sustainable in the long term. You need to increase your risk appetite accrodingly. You WILL NOT REACH 7 figures using small lots forever.

risk appetite is food, it's survival. It's instinctive intuition over mind or emotion. its a personal real chemistry with price dollars. risk. you have to make trading really personal. deep and true to you. Any doubt or fear or mistrust of self will slow you down you have to consider your everything. every moment every day growing expanding and just getting bigger every fields just getting everything in amazingly accurate and diverse investments while getting bigger, hedge funds etc, traing/ coaching, it's all about just getting your all in to get what you really want., be true to your self and your desire from trading make your mark.

High lot size is not the problem, but over trading is where the problem comes in

It depends on how easy you get your capital.. don't get me wrong here but if you know how hard it is to fund your account, then use small lot size and move up the stairs..

Small lots will not make anyone rich, but will give experience and mastery. Once you get those, then don't use small lots coz they will not make you rich.
