I had a NDE and at the moment of my death I was eye to eye with myself like when you look at your eyes in the mirror as close as you can. I remember saying ' it's right in front of us and we don't see it , we are looking right at it and we don't see it ' 👀 I was sent back and couldn't remember what I meant and have been wondering about it for 30 years. One morning I figured it out. Did you write a book about your NDE? I've had hummingbirds do that in my backyard many times, but I didn't need a NDE to reveal my connection to physical reality. I believe that Heaven and Hell are simply different levels of consciousness and this world is whatever level of consciousness we project into reality. We see the "reality" that we resonate with. In dreams we see other realities because our frequency changes. When your body is dying, your frequency changes. Like a fundamental note in music you have an infinite number of harmonics. That thing that you call 'inner voice' or 'intuition' is just one of your infinite harmonics. That hammering thought is just one of your harmonics trying to contact you. I don't know about parallel physical worlds, but I think we are made of parallel minds (our harmonics).

｡✧*.｡A life lesson｡✧*.｡: I truly started to feel at peace when I STOPPED listening to music that have toxic context (same goes with many TV-shows/serier/movies). Because if you are surrounded with toxicity, then there’s a huge risk for you to get stuck in a toxic/negative spiral where you lose your true self. In order to connect with your true self, you need to: 1) Observe, 2) learn and 3) act/respond. 1) Observe: Observe and be aware when there’s any toxicity 2) Learn: What did you learn from it? (For example: If you listened to a song that had toxic context, then remove that song) 3) Act/respond: React differently next time (For example: Don’t repeat the toxic thing, next time you don’t put on that toxic song again) Unless we don’t learn something about the toxicity - toxic content affects our thoughts and emotions negatively, toxicity prevents us from growth and being productive. So we need to replace these toxic patterns with healthy patterns: We need to respond and act the opposite of toxic (we need to respond and act with KINDNESS). Our purpose in life is to live and learn from the mistakes and therefore make this world better and SAFER. Instead of thinking "Why is this happening to me?" -> think "What can I learn from this?" Peace and love.

I just finished writing two pages of my thoughts that had developed as I awoke one morning. Nearly mirroring this video as if I had watched it first and was then influenced. And yet here it is. Fascinating. Concerning the statement that we are the average of the 5 people we most closely associate with, I wish to share this. We all have both good and bad within us. I chopped off some of my fingers with my paramotor a little over a year ago. Around the 45th day of recovery I had been sitting in pain silently with my eyes closed, in my computer chair around 3AM in the morning. I had my 1st OBE at that moment but it resembled meeting 2 dancing white orbs, one melding into my "face" & then "flying" through a dark tunnel with a light at the end, as it were an NDE. Although the orientation of the tunnel was vertical & not horizontal. Also, there was no terrain or language. The feeling of the Love from the Pure White Light is indescribable. It is beyond amazing & felt like home & perfect comfort. Very strong warm & fuzzy love flowing all over the outside & throughout the inside of the body. Although, I did not have a body that I could "see". There are no words for it. I do not know if I was dying in my computer chair or not but I certainly felt like My heart would explode & I was going to die if I touched that Brightest & Most Pure White Light. I have a family though, so I did not. I "said" in my mind: "I can't leave my family" to the Light. After the last syllable was thought, I just started dropping & the light faded away. It seemed like I was being offered "an early extraction". Life really is dukkha.
