Something I definitely have to work on! I’m a “picker” so I don’t take a divot. Thanks for tip.

You are a mind reader, this is part of my game that really lets me down. I tend to go too far when trying to hit ground after the ball. From this I will try the line drawing on the mat and also I am swaying too much so going to try this at the range. Thank you and keep up the good videos.

This is huge. I'm gonna practice this. Makes so much sense. Even if you're not accurate, the club is still going down at impact. Some people have suggested putting a towel a little ways behind the ball too to make sure the low point is ahead enough.

At the range sitting the ball 2” - 3” behind the small black rubber tee & trying to hit the tee rather than the ball has helped ( get really good sound feedback from rubber tee also)

Nice tip for moving low point forward in down swing! I have tendency to hit fat shots more than I would like.

This is the one area of my game I've been struggling with. I believe this info will help fix my iron shots and maybe give me more distance. Thanks!

In a similar vein, a drill I use for around ten or so shots is to address the ball but instead of the club head being behind the ball as normal, take your normal address position but with the ball behind the club head instead. Then move the club back behind the ball, glance at the target, and swing easy.

95% of golfers need more work on this. Thanks for the tips. I hit my hybrids and 3 wood way better than my mid and long irons. Not sure why but maybe this is part of the reason.

Great video for those gplfers who cannot get good contact with the ball.I followed another video two years ago and have never had any other thought than to look 2-3 inches in front of the ball. Only one thought is necessary when setting up to the ball and this is mine. Thank you for your video it will help many others.

Good perspective. I have a new strategy to work that eliminates grounding the club or topping the ball. Yes I now know the secret. Cheers.
