I ❤ Jamil, he's real and kind; never acts/talks as though he's better than anyone, and defends folks when others do. Lost count of how many times Grant "playfully" insulted, and/or cut Jamil off. Definitely seems to like the sound of his own voice.

Jamil came in knowing this is how Grant is and put his ego to the side. You can see Jamil continuously saying “not as much as you” or “house/jet not as big as yours” to stroke Grants ego

This made me even have a higher respect for Jamil. He is truly top tier. Truly loved his truth which ultimately hit him here! We wouldn’t have Jamil if here if he’d lied about wanting to make money as a plastic surgeon and they accepting him in med school! He handled this interview like a champ!!

I am pretty sure I had seen a Grant Cardone video before, and I did see his daughter Scarlett speak probably over year ago now (great speech by the way), but I found out about Grant Cardone through Jamil Damji’s show “Triple Digit Flip” where Grant and Elena partnered (I could be incorrect) with Jamil and I looked them up. Jamil is so awesome! Has accomplished so much more than Grant knows, he just doesn’t want to brag, lot of love man!

This is kinda cringeworthy to watch in my honest assessment. Grant does a great job disguising his condescending, belittling insults, disguised as jokes. He belittles people because of his money status. Jamil kept trying to give him his flowers and was called a “Noodle” repeatedly for his troubles. Wtf?! All while talking down to Jamils money ventures and making it all about himself. Disgusting.

I love how he just explained that as getting ready for your wife’s future husbands! The same should go for women towards their husbands. Plus, once you hit a certain weight as a person, we can’t help you at the hospital because you’ll break our scanners if we try to penetrate your extreme large body! It’s important to keep your weight down! You don’t have to be perfect super model, you just need to be healthy. Your body crushes itself and people end up passing away because of their own lack of self love and self care to keep their weight down. 👍🏻

Shout out to Grant calling Jamil out on that guru bs he was selling. Jamil justifying the insanity of these 40 year mortgages tells me he doesn't care for the end buyer, it's transactional. I love how rational Grant was. I've been wholesaling 10 years and the only thing I don't like is that the secret keeps getting out more and more. I miss the 2012 days. God it was so easy. Nobody knew of it. Dean Graziosi and Sean Terry were the only gurus with NO KZread channels lol My only regret is not becoming a guru, you make more money teaching it than doing it. That's the truth.
