In my life I have been quite good at protecting my secret places, and ignoring nasty comments pretending I didn't hear it and so ending up with a good relationship with the other people several times, but some times I did allow my self to get upset and bitter, and that is what I regret most of all things, it wasn't helpful to me or anyone else, but thank God I can even resist being bothered by that thought now as well.
