they might got root bounded if they were planted in a pot or due to over/under watering another reason can be direct sun light

I finally did this to my cordyline. The top part is fading away. THe little cuttings are still in the pot for one week. Still waiting and hoping they all go well like yours did. But then again, some say the "hands"have to be blessed for good planting. :)

Six months later I'm back because I just rewatched your video because I'm finally ready to make cuttings on our plants. I plan on trying each method you showed and I'm looking forward to multiplying the Ti plants here in our yard in Puerto Rico.

I like the cordyline plant, it was good to see how to propagate the cuttings. Thank you for showing the method. I will try propagating once I buy a plant from a nursery. Although I think my neighbor has a cordyline plant next door, but I don't have contact with him. It is a most beautiful plant, hopefully it can be an indoor plant, that is my aim.

Never saw this video but this method works with many plants. Crotons, Schefflera, dracaenas etc. The only diff i i never tired lying it on its back. I just take each cutting and put it in its own pot. They are extremely fast growers.

you are overwatering the plant ..so there are brown marks and the leaves are falling 😌

I tried the first method ie stem cuttings. I had 3 cuttings but unfortunately 2 cuttings became mushy and I threw them out. The last one showed some growth nodes but it also became mushy eventually and the nodes never grew. Is there something that I am not doing right?
