And that's another...Monkey Island Monday WR!!!
We have been going for the crazy pants Credit Early route. We got a pretty fast credit early, but had OK Sword Fighting and Catacombs. In the end we got WR by a few seconds. Still plenty of time to be saved potentially, just need to get even more lucky next time.

I think it was 6 years I was stuck before realizing a pot was the perfect helmet
I rememeber my father and i playing this on sega cd and there being no save option and having to leave the sega on for a few days first play through.

You dont have to run through the dialog with the troll, you should be able to just hand him the fish

That is true, however there is a little known secret that you can learn an insult from the troll by talking to him. Makes it worth it to take the time to talk to him.
Well done! Just curious but how do you throttle the game without speeding the music?

Sharp eye! Fortunately for us speedrunners all we have to do to get a faster speed is a glitch we simply call speed glitch. It is as simple as waiting to see the sparkle effects on the Lucasfilm logo, then skipping the opening cutscenes.
Nice speedrun! Do you have any idea how I could download this CD version to play again... Idealy in french.

@@Sadkat23 tkt je n'ai pas de mauvaise intention. Du coup je t'explique ici. Tout d'abord il te faut télécharger une application ( qui marche sur Pc,mac, et téléphone android ) qui s'appelle Scummvm . C'est un émulateur. Ensuite tu te rends sur le site Lucas's abandonware la tu vas dans l'onglet vieux jeux et tu télécharges Monkey Island ( je crois qu'il y a le 1,2 et 3 en fr ) Ensuite tu le dézippe. Une fois que tu as un fichier avec le contenu de ce que tu as télécharger en dézipper, tu ouvre scummvm et tu va dans ajouter un jeu et tu choisi le fichier qui contient Monkey island dézipper. Ensuite tu met play et tu retombe en enfance !!
