Hi! My name is Tracy and music is my life! The album "The Secret Life Of Trees" is 75 minutes of original music to help you de-stress! It's suitable for meditation, yoga, mood music, sleep, relaxation, stretching, massage, reiki healing, study. homework, pre natal and post natal care, sleep aide and music to soothe baby by.
Each five minute composition transitions smoothly to the next making it perfect for yoga flow practice. There are also Tibetan bowls and the sound of a light wind rustling through the trees throughout the music which is very soothing.
The last 2 tracks are mantras with a Shavasana at the end.

One word to describe this music: Enchanting. I love trees - they are so awesome - and find a great idea Tracy Bartelle 'playing' the trees and their secrets.
So beautiful ... trees are my symbol in life... their existence is so grandiose.
Thank you for this not only relaxing but gathering the splittered thoughts and bring them to a clearer space. I love trees and walking amongst them has always been an energy giving joy --- now at 87 - THATS gone, but your imaginative play brings the feeling back . Thanks !

I was 20 when this came out. I lived in a small caravan up on the hills in Northern Israel. I was suffering from depression and anxiety back then. This album helped me a lot, to heal, and stay conscious. I had many lucid dreams whenever I played this at night-time. :) Thanks, Tracy, whoever you are. You influenced me a lot. This is a delight......................heart opening, soothing sounds. This evokes fertile imagination, playfulness, mischief, melancholy.
